The new starter deck gave me an idea to revive this build. Just like Katakuri, it is a simple build, but ST20 will have more cards you need in that set compare to ST07 where we mainly focus on the Leader and 1 of the card. Well, to be honest, this is no difference than the Katakuri build I have posted, in fact, it was that build that inspired me to build Big Mom deck as the cards will work just as well in this build.

How it Works?
What we want in this build is to constantly spam Big Mom's Leader effect so we could swap the cards in our hand with Trigger effects in the Life area. This only works if you have 3 or less Life cards, which shouldn't be difficult to do as we have cards like Flampe who can reduce our Life cards without your opponents attacking your Leader. As well as having Pudding who can search Flampe out from the deck since she is a Big Mom Pirates card. More importantly, I am heavily focused on Life Gain in this build, as you know Big Mom Leader only works best if you have new Life cards, and not just the ones you have replaced.
Life Gain
We have 5 cards in this build who could let us gain Life cards easily, well 4 of those cards as 1 of them is very situational and need a really specific number to work. 10 drop Big Mom works on play, if your Leader is Big Mom Pirates type, add the top card of your deck to top of your Life. Then, trash 1 card from your opponent's Life. As we will be using all the DONs, we won't be able to have enough DONs for Big Mom's Leader effect, but personally, if we can gain and trash your opponent's Life cards whilst having a 12k beat stick on the field, I think it is worth it.
Kiku only works on KO, if your opponent has 3 or less Life, add the top card of your deck to top of your Life. I personally think this is not bad for a 6k beat stick and getting your opponents down to 3 Life cards is very easy. Kiku would put some pressure against your opponents as if they don't KO Kiku, they will need to deal with a 6k Character, and if they do KO Kiku, we can gain a Life for Big Mom's Leader effect. The Trigger effect is if your opponent has 3 or less Life, play this card. This shouldn't be too difficult to trigger unless you see Kiku as the very first card of your Life area.
OP07 Ace works on play, add the top card of your deck to top of your Life. Then, if you have 2 or less Life, this Character gains Rush. The best thing about Ace is that the Life gain works automatically. You only need 2 or less Life cards if you want to trigger Rush ability, but he does cost 10 DONs. So by the time you play Ace, your Life cards should be around that number, unless you have been spamming counters or your opponents are not attacking your Leader at all.
7 drop Big Mom is a card I prefer to play over 10 drop, but only depending on the situation as 10 drop Big Mom gives you a definite Life gain whilst 7 drop Big Mom will depends on your opponent's preferences. Her effect works on play, your opponent chooses one of the following, either trash the top card of their Life, or you can add the top card of your deck to top of your Life area. We can either gain a Life or makes your opponent trash a Life, either of those choices can be really helpful for this build.
Who Should Disappear is yellow 0 cost Event Counter. The counter effect is the same as any other colours. You may trash 1 card from your hand, 1 of your Leader or Characters gains 3k power this battle. We do have plenty of non counter cards in this build, so the counter effect will be very useful, but what I am also aiming for is the Trigger effect. The trigger effect is if you have 0 Life, you may add the top card of your deck to top of your Life. Then, trash 1 card from your hand. As we can swap cards from our hand and Life area, this effect will be very useful.
Big Mom Pirates Supports
The Big Mom Pirates supports is still the same as Katakuri build and these hasn't changed for this build either. EB01 Flampe works on play, you may add 1 card from top or bottom of your Life to your hand to draw 1 card. Thanks to this effect, she will help us trigger Big Mom's Leader effect easily, as we only need to reach 3 Life cards to work.
OP03 Pudding works on play, look at the top 4 cards of your deck, reveal 1 Sanji or Big Mom Pirates card other than Pudding and add it to your hand. Then, place the rest at the bottom of your deck in any order. This is just a standard searcher, nothing more I can say about this card.
OP03 Perospero is another searcher, but the effect only works on KO. Look at the top 3 cards of your deck, reveal 1 Big Mom Pirates card and add it to your hand. Then, place the rest at the bottom of your deck in any order. The good news is if your opponents don't KO Perospero, we would have a 5k beat stick to swing just like Kiku. The trigger effect is you may trash 1 card from your hand to play this card.
ST20 Katakuri is a Blocker with an activate main effect. Once per turn, you may turn the top card of your Life face up to attach 1 rested DON to 1 of your Leader or Characters. As we can also check the top card of our Life area, it will also means we don't need to worry about adding Trigger cards to our hand and putting them back again. I guess the downside is that Big Mom Leader requires 2 DONs to work and if you play a 10 drop Character, you will need 2 ST20 Katakuri in play if you want to use the rested DONs.
Trigger Characters
The Characters mainly for triggering their Trigger effects with the exception of OP08 Nami who makes no difference if you play her or use her trigger effect. OP04 Bege's trigger effect 1 of your opponent's Leader or Characters cannot attack this turn. This can slow your opponent's attacks down, but if they got nothing, then we will need to add Bege to hand for the 2k counter to use in the counter step.
OP06 Onami has a nice main effect and a trigger effect, it will depends on the situation and see what you would like. The main effect works on play, 1 of your Leader or Character gains Banish this turn. Banish helps you to trash your opponent's Life. The trigger effect is KO 1 of your opponent's 5 cost or less Characters. We do want to trigger the trigger effect more than the main effect as we aren't running any removals in this build.
OP07 Franky can be hard play as he is a 5k beat stick, but also have 2k counter we could use during the counter step. The trigger effect is draw 1 card, then if you have 1 or less Life, play this card. The best thing about this trigger effect is that we can draw even if we can't play Franky.
OP08 Nami is suited for this build as I am running plenty of Trigger effects in this build. The effect works on play, you may trash 1 card with trigger from your hand to KO 1 of your opponent's 5 cost or less Characters. Then, if you have 3 or less cards in your hand, draw 1 card. Not only we can KO Characters, but if we have low hand size, we can also draw cards too. The trigger effect is just activate this card's on play effect.
