As there are no Black Leaders in OP08 set, I guess we looks for some old supports, although no surprised that OP07 Lucci got a nice upgrade even with the ban list banning the Stage card. The deck still works just as well. There will not be a lot of changes as most of the main cards we need are still in older set whilst OP08 set only got 1 or 2 cards, and we change the build a little because of the ban list. But the deck will be very straight forward, and I'm most likely repeating what I've wrote on the last post for this build.

How it Works?
The deck focus very similar to the OP07 version where we focus on reducing your opponent's Character's cost whilst building up the trash for your CP cards. It doesn't matter if Enies Lobby got banned in this build as we've got plenty of replacements. Obviously Enies Lobby is more efficient to use as we can use the cost reducing effect once per turn, whilst most of these cards are mainly on play effects, except Issho. Issho will be very good especially he can target your opponent's field instead of just a single Character. I've also added plenty of removals, so you wouldn't need to worry too much about using counters to stop those attacks from coming in.
Cost Reducers
Even without Enies Lobby, we can still rely on these cost reducers including Lucci Leader's effect, so in the end we would have plenty of cost reducers we can use, especially when all of them only works best if your opponent got a Character you want to remove. OP02 Tsuru only has an simple effect, on play, reduce 1 of your opponent's Characters cost by 2 this turn. A nice 1 drop Character, plus if we don't play her, we can use the 2k counter to defend our cards.
OP03 Issho is very good to use since the rest of the cost reducers are mostly one time use only whilst we can use Issho's effect constantly as long as he stays on the field. There are two effects for Issho, the first effect will require you to attach a DON to Issho for the effect to work. Reduce all of your opponent's Characters cost by 3. The second effect works on play, if your opponent have 6 cards in their hand, trash 2 cards from their hand. 6 cards is a lot easier to target than 7, but only during early to mid games, otherwise we will be relying on the first effect to make those Characters easy to KO.
There are 2 OP03 Kalifa in that set, but one of them is purple and the other is black, so it shouldn't be hard to find the right version. Kalifa works on play, draw 2 cards and trash 2 cards from your hand. Then, reduce 1 of your opponent's Characters cost by 2 this turn. So not only she is a cost reducer, but we also get a hand filter effect.
ST06 Helmeppo is just like OP02 Tsuru, but without the 2k counter. The effect works on play, reduce 1 of your opponent's Characters cost by 3 this turn. Nothing I can really expand on this, except 3 might make a different than 2 cost. Well I guess we can use Rebecca or Moria to play Helpmeppo for free just like Tsuru as those cards focus on playing low cost Characters for free.
I guess since Enies Lobby is banned, the next choice will be Ice Age as Ice Age's effect is very strong even though it is one time use only until we see another copy of this card. The effect is reduce 1 of your opponent's Characters cost by 5 this turn. This means that we could target your opponent's high cost Characters on the field. The trigger effect is optional, KO 1 of your opponent's 3 cost or less Characters. This will depends on what your opponents have on the field.
Tempest Kick is similar to Great Eruption, however there is a requirement unlike Great Eruption, which is why that card got banned. The main effect is draw 1 card, then if you have 10 or more cards in trash, reduce 1 of your your opponent's Characters cost by 3 this turn. 10 cards is not difficult at all thanks to Lucci who can mill 2 cards per attack, so we can easily set up the trash. The Trigger effect is KO 1 of your opponent's 3 cost or less Characters. This will depends on what your opponent have on the field, but we mainly want the main effect, so we don't really care about the trigger effect too much.
Removals
We also got a lot of removals to utilise the cost reducer's effects so we can remove those Characters with ease. EB01 Brook works on play/when attacking, reduce 1 of your opponent's Characters cost by 1 this turn. Then, KO 1 of your opponent's 0 cost Characters. What I like about Brook is that not only he is a cost reducer, but he can also KO Characters if we can reduce that Character to 0 which shouldn't be too difficult with the amount of cost reducers in the build.
OP05 Lucci is great card to use as we need to return cards from our trash back to the deck so we don't deck out easily. We do have plenty of mill cards, so triggering OP05 Lucci shouldn't be difficult. The effect works on play, you may place 3 cards to the bottom of your deck, KO 1 of your opponent's 2 cost or less Characters and 1 of your opponent's 1 cost or less Characters. To make this effect more effective, we would need to rely on OP03 Issho on the field, so we can reduce every of your opponent's Characters cost making the full use of Lucci's removal effects.
OP06 Brook is another removal, however, you do get some choices with the effects The effect works on play, choose one of the following, either trash up to 1 of your opponent's 4 cost or less Characters, or your opponent returns 3 cards to the bottom of their deck in any order. Both effect can be really handy, but most likely you wil be trashing your opponent's Characters. Do note, it says trash, so any cards that says prevent from deletion, we can get around them using OP06 Brook.
OP08 Jack is a nice staple for this deck, we can pretty much ignore the first effect as it doesn't matter too much, except if your opponents can target high cost Characters, then the plus will be helpful. The first effect is this Character gains 4 cost, making Jack a 11 cost Character, making your opponents difficult to remove, as Jack is a 11 cost Character instead of 7. The second effect is an activate main effect, you may rest this Character to draw and trash 1 card from your hand. Then, KO up to 1 of your opponent's 3 cost or less Characters. This effect is a hand filter effect, building up the trash, but we can also KO your opponent's Characters.
OP08 Who's Who's is a nice 2k counter Character that can be use instead of OP03 Kaku. The effect works on play, you may trash 1 card from your hand to KO 1 of your opponent's 3 cost or less Characters. The trigger effect is pretty much the same as the main effect, but without the need to trash a card in your hand. Although the trigger effect might be a bit difficult to trigger compare to the on play's effect as we could set up cost reducers on our turn.
CP Supports
Now for the rest of the CP supports we've got in this build. Spandine works on play, you may place 3 cards with CP type from your trash to the bottom of your deck in any order to play one 4 cost or less CP Character other than Spandine from your trash rested. He's only effective if we got plenty got plenty of cards in trash as most of our CP Characters also need to return cards from trash to deck in order to use their effect. Of course there are some exceptions like OP03 Kaku and his son Spandam.
OP03 Spandam is a searcher, if your Leader is CP type, look at top 3 card of your deck, reveal 1 CP type card other than Spandam and add it to your hand. Trash the rest. Another mill card will definitely be helpful to trigger some of the CP Characters effects.
Six King Pistol is Black 0 cost counter, so the counter effect will be in any colours. The counter effect is you may trash 1 card from your hand 1 of your Leader or Character gains 3k power this battle. The only difference will be their trigger effect as each colours will be different. The trigger effect is draw 1 card, KO 1 of your opponent's 1 cost or less Characters. Now the draw would be helpful, but not the KO effect as 1 cost will be very low to target.
Extra Supports
The one thing that hasn't changed is still using these cards from the OP07 build as they are a nice staple to the build. OP04 Sabo is a Blocker with an on play effect, none of your Characters can be KO'd by effects until the start of your next turn. Then, draw 2 cards and trash 2 cards. This effect will protect your field from your opponent's effects, plus we set up the trash for CP cards to return.
OP05 Rebecca is another Blocker with an on play effect, add one black 3 to 7 cost Character other than Rebecca from your trash to your hand. Then, play one 3 cost or less from your hand rested. Being able to return Characters from the trash will be very handy, and we also can fill up the board like playing Spandine, then we could use Spandine's effect to play another Character all for 4 DONs.
OP06 Moria is an 8 cost Character that will be very helpful in any black builds. The effect works on play, choose one 4 cost or less Character and one 2 cost or less Character from your trash. Play one as active and the other as rest, for the 4 drops, we have plenty of choices to choose from like Rebecca to get Spandine so Spandine can play another Character to fill up the field in one go. For 2 cost or less, we don't really have much choices aside from the searcher Spandam or cost reducers.
