ONE PIECE CARD GAME New Starter Decks [ST-24] and [ST-28] Cards Revealed

The final starter decks ST24 and ST28 have been revealed for next week release. Both decks will have old SN and Wano cards who will be out of rotation next year, so this will be interesting what new cards can replaced those cards as these Leaders are Block 2 Leaders, so they will stay in the format a bit longer than some of the cards.

Cards

Second Kid & Killer card, but more importantly, we've got another searcher for our SN decks. Not only that, once we've used the effect, we can trash the Character to untap 1 of our DONs so we could play an Event, or use card's effects like Bonney Leader. I really like how they make these searchers work, so they won't be a vanilla once we've finished searching.

Another double Character we've got is Law & Bepo who is one of the high costs we've seen so far for these starter decks. The effect is very decent, not only we can rest 1 of our opponent's Characters, but that Characters cannot untap. As well as if they also have 2 or more rested Characters, our Leader could gain even more power. Seeing how this card is not restricted to SN decks, I can see this card being used in a lot of green builds. But this is just a theory, in reality, this card might not be used in other green builds aside from SN, who knows.

Personally, most of these cards will be suited more in Bonney build, but Hawkins is not SN restricted. We could run this in other green builds as long as we don't use OP10 Smoker's effect. X Drake is SN restricted, but he does have 2k counter for a 5 drop Character which is always nice to have. I definitely take the effect, we can rest 1 of our opponent's 5 cost whilst untapping a DON at the end of our turn.

Hawkins on works at the end of the turn, I guess the only problem with be the 4k base. Then again, being a 2k counter with the ability to untap DONs at the end of your turn is perfectly fine, especially if we could get another Hawkins to get 2 untap DONs.

Bege on the other hand might not be run in the build. He is only a hand filter, but a Blocker to stop your opponent's attacks. However, I think there are plenty of other options to use in the build.

More Wano searcher, however, we can only get 2 cost or more to our hand which are some of our main cards. Unfortunately, we won't be getting any 1 drop Events we would need. Not only that, we can also make Yamato a beat stick, and with Yamato's Leader effect, we can easily make that happens, so I definitely take it for the deck to give it a bit more aggressiveness.

I like this Momo a lot, we could make Yamato Leader a 6k beat stick, not only that, we could return our rested DONs to make Mono an 8k beat stick with Rush for the turn. Although, I have a feeling other yellow decks could also benefit the power boost, especially if you get at least 2 Momo on the field powering up your Leader without including DON powers. The only problem would be the activate main effect since we need attaching DONs to unattached themselves to work.

All these cards are Wano restricted, but I do like their effects. Doji can KO 5 cost base or less Characters, but the downside is that we need your opponents to have 3 or more Life cards to work. For Yamato Leader, if that Double Strike hits, then Doji's effect will completely be shut, especially if they only starts with 4 Life at the start.

What I am interest in is Izo, more Banish, putting pressure against your opponents. Definitely running 4 OP06 Onami, and 4 of this Izo in the build, so your opponents will have to block the attacks, or they won't gain any cards. Not only that, we can also make Izo a Blocker, so after using the effect, we could use the Blocker ability to stop your opponent's attacks.

Kin'emon on the other hand will be mainly for the 2k counter, I don't know if I have the room to fit in Kin'emon as other Wano cards will be pretty good. Although, I am surprised, there's not a single new green Wano card revealed even though the Leader is G/Y Yamato, might as well make this a yellow deck then.
