Law changed a lot thanks to the new Supernovas support from OP14, and those new SN cards really helped the build. We won't be needing like the old engine like 1 drop supports or low cost Straw Hat supports for this build. You can mainly focused on SN supports alone since we have a lot of SN searchers who can easily increase your hand size if you add plenty of cards to hand.

How it Works?
As you see, I've mainly focused on low levels so we could spam as much Characters as possible to trigger Law's Leader effect to play our 5 cost Characters. There are also 3 SN searcher and 1 Slash searcher, and if you are successful with these searchers, you could easily gain a nice hand size thanks to the cards you've added, so it won't be like previous builds where your opponent tries to take out as much Characters as possible to burn the hand.
As you know, because there's a lot of low power Characters, we need to use Round Table who is a SN card. Round Table can reduce your opponent's Characters power by 10k so even our 1k-0k attackers could hit most of your opponent's Characters, and we could bounce those cards back to hand to play our 5 cost Characters to the field without the need to lose as much attacks.
Power Reducers
Beside Round Table who's our main power reducers, we do have these 2 cards who can also reduce your opponent's Characters power. OP01 Otama is a card that has a 2k counter, so after we used her effect, you could bounce Otama back to hand to play something else. The effect works on play, 1 of your opponent's Characters power loses 2k for the turn.
OP14 Drake works great in this build because this card being a 5 drop SN card works with Law's effect, and the first effect that protects your SN Characters. The effect only works during your opponent's turn and once per turn, when 1 of your SN Character would be removed by your opponent's effects, you may reduce 1 of your Leader power by 2k instead. This would make your Leader only 3k base as we don't have any cards in this build who could power up our Leader except the Events. The second effect will need you to attach a DON for the effect to work and the effect works when attacking, 1 of your opponent's Characters power loses 2k for the turn.
Untapping
For the untapping, we have 2 cards who can focus on untapping DONs and 1 card focused on the Characters. Ironically, all of these cards are 5 drop so we can play these using Law's effect. EB01 Cavendish is an obvious choice to run because our Leader is a SN type. The effect works on play or when attacking, if your Leader is SN type and you have no other Cavendish on the field, you can untap 2 DONs. The 2 extra DON can be very useful as we could use Law's Leader effect or play more low cost Characters to the field.
OP12 Bonney is a 6k Blocker but if you want to use the effect, it will be all about the timing which is why I am only running 3. The effect works on play, if you have 8 or more rested cards, draw 2 card and trash 1 card from your hand. Then, untap 1 DON. Another card that can increase our hand size which will be very important for this build as we want to maintain a full field of Characters for Law's Leader effect to work. The 1 extra DON could also let us play our 1 drop Character or save the DON to use an Event from hand.
Lastly, ST02 Law is another card like Bonney that focused on the timing to play this card which is why I haven't run 4 in the build. The effect works on play, untap 1 of rested 5 cost or less SN or Heart Pirates Characters. If you untap Cavendish, you can use Cavendish's effect again since he is not once per turn, making you being able to untap 4 DONs in a turn.
Rush
Rush is very useful as I don't want this build just focused on spamming Characters to the field, I also want to have cards who can also swing at your opponent's cards when they hit the field. OP01 Zoro only has the Rush ability so nothing much I can expand. I am running ST01 Luffy, because there are more green in this build than red, so having some 5 cost SN red target when you return green would be useful. You will need to attach 2 DONs for Luffy's effect to work and the effect works when attacking, your opponent cannot activate Blockers during this battle. Not all decks will be running Blockers, which is why I am running 1 copy in the build as this would end up being a vanilla Rush card if you don't encounter Blockers.
Searchers
What we've got for this deck is that the amount of searchers we've got to refill the hand once we played these cards. OP14 Luffy has 2 effects, the first effect works on play, look at top 5 cards of your deck, reveal 1 SN card except Luffy and add it to your hand. Then, place the rest at the bottom of your deck in any order. The second effect works when attacking, 1 of your opponent's Characters loses 1k power for the turn. We can attack with Luffy to trigger the when attacking effect, but won't be dealing any damage to your opponent's cards unless we play Round Table to take out your opponent's Characters.
ST02 Bonney is a back up searcher considering that the effect is an activate main with a cost, so we can't use the effect if we have 1 DON unlike Luffy. The effect is by paying 1 DON and resting this Character, look at top 5 cards of your deck, reveal 1 SN card and add it to your hand. Then, place the rest at the bottom of your deck in any order. We can bounce Bonney back to hand if you don't want your opponent to swing at this card when we use the effect.
OP12 Perona is great for this deck as some of the cards in this build are Slash Characters, not to mention, we've also got Law who is a Slash Leader. The effect works, on play, if your Leader have the Slash attribute, look at top 5 cards of your deck, reveal up to 1 Slash attribute Character or 1 green Event and add it to your hand. Then, place the rest at the bottom of your deck in any order. Of course if we don't see our Slash attribute, we can always target the Event cards as long as they are green.
ST24 Kid & Killer is not bad for a 2 cost Character and just like OP14 Luffy, we have 2 effects. The first effect works on play, The effect is by paying 1 DON and resting this Character, look at top 5 cards of your deck, reveal 1 SN card and add it to your hand. We don't have a Character restriction, so we can pretty much search for any SN cards we want. The second effect works during your opponent's attacks, you may trash this card to untap 1 DON. We can clear a space as well as being able to use Events from our hand if we need to stop 1 of your opponent's attacks.
Supernovas Supports
The rest of the supports are very simple, EB01 Apoo is pretty much a back up in case we don't have any other low cost Characters to play and fill up the field. Otherwise, we will be using this card mainly for the 2k counter. The effect works on play, rest 1 of your opponent's 2 cost or less Characters.
Another 2k counter I am running is PRB02 Zoro. Zoro is just a 4k Blocker so we can stop 1 of your opponent's attacks if needed. The effect works during your opponent's turn, if this Character would be rested by your opponent's effect, you may rest 1 of your other Characters instead. You can pretty much use 1 of your low cost Characters that you won't be needing for this effect.
Events
The Events are different than usual except Dead's Man Game. Karmic Punishment can really work with this build as we play low cost Characters on the field to trigger Law's effect. The counter effect is your Leader or 1 of your Characters gains 2k power for the battle. Then, if you have 3 or more Characters, that card gains an additional 1k power for that battle, making the total of 3k. Not as good as 4k, but 3k is still quite useful in stopping your opponent's attacks. The trigger effect is rest 1 of your opponent's 4 cost or less Characters.
Dead's Man Game has a rest effect, so even if we are not planning to use the counter effect, the rest effect can be helpful in reducing your opponent's Characters. The effect is you may rest 3 of your DONs, to rest up to total of 2 of your opponent's Characters or DONs. You can also rest your opponent's DONs if your opponent are planning to save some DONs to use the Events from their hand. The counter effect is your Leader gains 3k power for the battle.
Round Table will be very useful in this deck as we are running a lot of low power Characters, so we will have no answer, if your opponent plays a big drop Characters on the field. The effect is 1 of your opponent's Characters loses 10k power for the turn. 10k power is a lot, and if their Character power is 12k, we can play Otama or use Drake's effect to reduce that Character to 0, so even OP14 Luffy could KO that Character.
