Personally, Chopper is one of the builds where we can make use of some of the cards from EB02 set. The deck definitely feels a lot better to use than before, which means I have to take out some cards to fit the new cards in the build. You can still spam the field with ease, whilst also powering up your Characters thanks to Chopper's effect.

How it Works?
Anyone who is a big Chopper fan, then this is the build for you. I have mainly kept it more Chopper rather than running other Animal Characters, because of our Straw Hat searchers. In fact, we do have 3 different searcher to search out Chopper, so if you need a specific Chopper in hand, then this is not difficult to do. Of course, the main card of the deck is still OP08 Chopper who let us play Animal Characters from our deck, and if we could get OP04 Chopper, we could fill up the field.
You could also play Chopperman to play OP08 Chopper then to play an Animal Character from the top of your deck. Either way, you will be able to get 3 Characters to the field in one go, ready for attack. Chopper does have low power which is why I am also running Hiriluk to power up every Chopper on your field, combined with Chopper Leader's effect, and we could actually swing quite big for our attacks.
Free Play
We can easily spam the field using these 3 cards to fill up the field in one go. However, OP08 Chopper is our main card of the deck, as he will be the one who can do all the spamming per turn as long as he is on the field. The effect works on play or when attacking, play up to 1 Animal type Character with 4k power or less rested. Then, place the rest at the bottom of your deck in any order. The one major problem is that our Characters we be played rested, meaning your opponents can target this and the rested Character as the attack target.
OP04 Chopper is a card we can target with OP08 version to spam more Animals to the field, and I won't mind if OP04 will be played rested as I only care about the effect. The effect works on play, play 1 Animal with 3k power or less from your hand. We do have a few 3k power or less Characters we can target with this effect, so you do have some options if you see those cards.
Chopperman is also treated as Chopper which will make a huge difference for this build, as we can also target this card. The effect works on play, play one 3 cost or less Animal Character from your hand. If you are lucky enough, you can play Chopperman to target OP08 Chopper, OP08 Chopper will then play OP04 Chopper, and OP04 Chopper would also play an Animal Character from your hand. So in one turn, we could play 4 Characters to the field for 5 DONs, but that is only if you are lucky enough.
Attaching DONs
Chopper Leader will not be the only card who can attach rested DONs to your Characters. We also have these 2 cards, since some cards only trigger when they have attached DONs on them. EB02 Chopper has 2 effects, the first effect works on your opponent's turn, and you will need to attach 2 DONs, this Character gains 2k power. This will be handy as sometime we will play our Characters as rest, so your opponent can easily target these cards with low power Characters. The second effect works on play, if your Leader is SH type, attach 1 rested DON to your Leader or 1 of your Characters.
ST21 Luffy not only can attach DONs, but also have the ability Rush, making this build more aggressive on top of spamming Characters for free. The effect works when attacking, attach 1 rested DON to your Leader or 1 of your Characters. Chopper Leader only attach 1 each for your Characters, and some cards like EB02 Chopper will needs 2 DONs to work, so having Luffy in the build means we won't need to worry too much about using untap DONs to power up certain Characters.
Power
For me personally, attaching DONs won't be enough when we use Chopper as they mainly have low base power, so we won't be able to force a lot of counters from their hand, or make them eat up their Blockers. I guess this is where our power cards comes into play. Hiking Bear with need to have 1 DON attached for the effect to work. The effect is also an activate main effect. Once per turn 1 of your Animal type Characters other than this card gains 1k power this turn. We might be able to hit some magic numbers with our Chopper Characters in this build.
Speaking of Chopper, Dr Hiriluk is our main card of the deck simple because of the number of Choppers I am running in this build, so I don't think it would be too difficult to power up the entire field. The effect is an activate main, you may rest this Character, if your Leader is Chopper, all of your Chopper Characters gain 2k power this turn. Also, if you aren't planning on playing Hiriluk, the 2k counter would be useful.
Searchers
I prefer to play both Nami to search for SH Characters since all the Choppers in this build are SH, and there are some key cards we do want in hand, whilst Kureha will only search for Chopper and Drum Kingdom. Both OP01 and EB02 Nami have the exact same effect, just different colours. The effect works on play, look at the top 5 cards of your deck, reveal 1 SH card other than Nami and add it to your hand. Then, place the rest at the bottom of your deck in any order.
Dr Kureha is a searcher for Chopper or Drum Kingdom cards, although there's not a lot of Drum Kingdom cards we can search for, mainly Chopper cards. The effect works on play, look at the top 4 card of your deck, reveal 1 Chopper or Drum Kingdom other than Kureha and add it to your hand. Then, place the rest at the bottom of your deck in any order.
Choppers
Now for the rest of the Chopper Characters, I am running these 2. To be honest FILM Chopper is mainly for the 2k counter rather than the effect, since the effect is not that great without cost reducers. FILM Chopper will need a DON for the effect to work. This shouldn't be hard with Chopper Leader. The effect works when attacking, rest 1 of your opponent's 2 cost or less Characters.
Lastly, we have EB01 Chopper can be used for both blocking and attacking, but of course, we mainly want to use EB01 as a Blocker to strengthen the defences and protecting our Characters. Although, if you want to go for the finish push, then you might want to use the when attacking effect which will need 2 attached DONs to work. Reduce 1 of your opponent's Characters power by 3k this turn. Reducing your opponent's Characters power by 3k can make a difference when we want to KO certain Characters.
Events
As for the Events, I've kept it simple, both Events will be searchable using our Nami searcher, whilst one of them can also be searched out using Kureha's effect. Just Shut Up is an Event Counter, but for this counter, we have no power bonus or even a trigger effect, so if you want to stop your opponent's attacks you will need to add counter power on top of this card. In return, we would be able to get Characters in play. The counter effect is look at the top 5 cards of your deck and play up to one 3 cost or less Animal type Character. Then, place the rest at the bottom of your deck in any order.
Mole Pistol is a card I like, because as you can see this deck focus on Chopper and powering up the attacks. We don't really have any cards that can KO your opponent's Characters without attacking into them. This is where Mole Pistol kicks in for that ability. The effect is reduce 1 of your opponent's Characters power by 5k this turn. Then, if you have a Character with 6k power or more, KO 1 of your opponent's 2k power or less Characters. This shouldn't be difficult to trigger to get the full effect as we have plenty of power up making low power Choppers into deadly beat sticks. The trigger effect is activate this card's main effect. This might be a problem as you will need Luffy or Chopperman on the field if you want to trigger this during your opponent's turn.
