We've got some new Impel Down support for Hannyabal in OP11 set. There are plenty of new supports that could work with Hannyabal, so I tried to cramp as much as possible, without reducing the main Impel Down cards for this build. The deck is cheap to build since we don't really need the key cards like Bon Clay as we've already got the ramp going.

How it Works?
What my main focus for this build is draw power, the more cards we can draw, the sooner, we can get the cards we need. So I had to make some sacrifice for this build just to fit the draw power. The deck is pretty much the same as previous builds where we focus on Sadi and spamming Jailer Beasts to the field, setting up your attacks. Not to mention, each of the Jailer Beast cards will give you more ramp on top of the Leader's effect, so you can easily get 10 DONs pretty early if you draw the right cards.
Of course, there's some weakness to this deck, firstly it's the lack of major beat stick as Jailer Beasts doesn't hit for high power, so your opponents can easily stop the attacks if they've got plenty of search and Blockers. So the only major beat stick in this deck is our 9 drop Luffy. Secondly, the only Characters removals will be your Events, since the Impel Down cards doesn't have Character removal effects, and we want to keep draw power stuff to maintain a hand size.
Jailer Beasts
This deck is only effective if you can see 1 of the Jailer Beast cards in your hand, so we can start spamming them to the field. All of them has the exact same on KO effect which is if your Leader is ID, add 1 DON as rest. The good part of this effect is that if they managed to KO our JB cards we can get more DONs to use. The only difference will be their keyword. Minokoala is a Blocker, easily triggering the on KO effect. Minozebra has Banish, putting pressure to your opponent's Life cards. Minochihuahua has Rush, so we can instantly attack once it hits the field and Minotaur has Double Attack which is not that good during late game, but early game can wipe your opponent's Life area easily.
Removals
Not many removals we have got in this deck, but we can slow your opponent down if we do run these cards. OP02 Magellan doesn't really target your opponent's Characters, instead, he targets your opponent's DONs. Magellan has 2 effects, the first effect works on play, by returning 1 DON, your opponent returns 1 DON from their field to their DON deck. 1 may be not much, but if this was the early turns, then it might slow your opponent down from playing high cost Characters. The second effect works during your opponent's turn, when this Character is KO'd, your opponent return 2 DONs to their DON deck. Personally not much of a threat if your opponent is already at 10 DONs.
Red Roc is the main Character removal for this deck since we don't want to attack your opponent's Characters just to reduce their field. The main effect is place 1 Character to the bottom of the owner's deck. The Trigger effect is place one 4 cost or less Character to the bottom of the owner's deck.
Gravity Blade is mainly against field with more than 1 Character which can be handy if your opponents plans on going wide against you. The main effect is place two 6 cost or less Characters to the bottom of the owner's deck. The downside to this effect is that they would have to be 6 cost or less Characters, but Red Roc can do the rest if it's a high cost Character. The trigger effect is similar to Red Roc, place one 5 cost or less Character to the bottom of the owner's deck.
Draws
For me, draw power is a must seeing how this deck can use up your hand very easily, giving you the lack of room to use any counters from your hand. OP11 Nami is a Blocker with an effect that only works with multicoloured Leader like Hannyabal. The effect works on play, if your Leader is multicoloured, draw 3 cards and place 2 cards on top or bottom of your deck in any order. The most important thing is that we can also replace our hand with cards we could use.
OP09 Luffy is the only major beat stick in this build where we can force your opponents to use a lot of counters, or eat up one of their Blockers. The effect works on play, you may return 1 or more DONs on your field, draw 1 card and this Character gains Rush for this turn. The amount of DONs returned is optional, but what I am mainly aiming for is the draw and Rush, so we can be aggressive as possible.
Sanji's Pilaf is just the Pot of Greed of the deck, since sometime, we might get a full field from spamming JB cards to the field, leaving you plenty of untap DONs to use, either to use Events from hand or power up the attacks. The main effect is draw 2 cards, the extra draw will definitely help to get the cards you need. The trigger effect is activate this card's main effect. So if you can get this in your Life area, it will be even better.
Searchers
As for the searchers, we have 2 cards who will be able to search the cards you need and won't need you to rely on the draw power to get the right cards. OP02 Hannyabal is ID standard searcher. The effect works on play, look at the top 5 cards of your deck, reveal 1 purple ID card and add it to your hand. Then, place the rest at the bottom of your deck in any order. On the bright side, I am not running any blue ID cards, so you shouldn't have much of a problem in getting the cards you need.
Lastly, Impel Down is our Stage card, but also a constant searcher to search out the cards we need. The effect is an activate main, you may trash 1 card from your hand and rest this Stage. Look at the top 3 cards of your deck, reveal 1 ID card and add it to your hand. Then, place the rest at the bottom of your deck in any order. We only get to look at top 3 cards unlike Hannyabal, but in return we can search cards once per turn, unless you replace the Stage card with another Stage.
Impel Down Supports
There are some key cards for the ID supports. OP11 Sadi is mainly in the deck for the 2k counter as I doubt the effect would come in handy. The effect works on play, by returning 1 DON, if your Leader is ID, rest 1 of your opponent's 3 cost or less Characters. With this kind of requirements, I excepted the cost would be higher, but nope, we can only target 3 or less which is not a lot of options.
OP02 Sadi is the key card of the deck to play our Jailer Beasts cards for free to start spamming the field. The effect works on play, play 1 JB Character from your hand. What's more, you only need 1 OP02 Sadi in your hand to start spamming as long as you draw your other JB cards. We can use our Leader's effect to bounce Sadi to hand, ready to use her effect on our next turn.
OP11 Hannyabal is another Blocker we can use to stop your opponent's attacks. The effect works on play, if your Leader is ID, play one 3 cost or less ID Character from your hand. So you could actually play OP02 Sadi to play JB Character to the field, giving you 3 Characters in 1 turn for 5 DONs. But that is only if you have got those cards in your hand.
