What I like about EB01 Oden is that our non counters Wano Characters will gain 1k counter, so meaning we won't need to worry too much about counters. I think the one difficulty was cramping every cards I want to this build, you don't want too much non Wano Characters or Oden's Leader effect won't work. It's all about finding the right balanced for this build.

How it Works?
There are plenty of Wano cards in this build since I am making use of the 2 searchers. I couldn't really add any new Green or Red cards from the recent sets unless I sacrifice some Wano cards in this build. Your main focus is mainly playing 5 cost or more Wano Characters so we can trigger Oden's Leader effect and make him a 6k base Leader during your opponent's turn. There are plenty of cards who can gives DON to your Leader, so it will be all about searching those cards out from the build.
Rest
Resting doesn't do much these days as people aren't running Blockers to stop your attacks. The only use for rest will be attacking into those Characters so we can reduce the number of attacks your opponents can do. OP01 Izo has a simple effect, the effect works on play, rest 1 of your opponent's 4 cost or less Characters. If you are not planning on using Izo's effect, then the 2k counter will be useful especially with a 6k base Leader.
Hody is useful because not only we can rest your opponent's cards, but we also have the Rush ability, so we can attack as soon as he hits the field. The effect works on play, rest up to a total of 2 of your opponent's Characters or DONs. Then, add the top Life card to your hand. He does cost us a Life card when we use the effect, but as you can see I am also running Radical Beam who can make use of the low health.
Attaching DONs
Ironically, both cards are red Yamato from the Extra Boosters. Using these cards will be handy, because not only they are 5 cost or more Wano cards, but we don't need to leave an untap DON up just to give it to our Leader. EB01 Yamato has an activate main effect which is give 1 rested DON to your Leader or 1 of your Characters. She also have 2k counter we can use if you don't plan on playing her to the field because you have other cards.
EB02 Yamato is similar to the EB01 version, but with a little bit of improvement. The effect also works activate main, if your Leader is Wano or Ace, give 1 rested DON to your Leader. Then, this Character gains Rush. The Rush is definitely useful, making our attacks more aggressive, but the only downside is that we can only attach DONs to the Leader if we use EB02 Yamato.
Power Reducers
Unfortunately, there's lack of room to be able to fit some power reducers for this build, so I've only chose these cards because they are also Wano Characters. OP01 Otama works on play, reduce 1 of your opponent's Characters power by 2k this turn. Although, I rarely use this effect and just use her for the 2k counter.
EB01 Izo is another card where we can attach rested DONs to your Leader, but won't be as consistent as the Yamato Characters who have activate main effect, so we are mainly using Izo for the second effect. Izo has 2 effects, the first effect works on play, attached 1 rested DON to your Leader or 1 of your Characters. This way, we could trigger Oden Leader instantly without the need of Yamato. The second effect is the main effect I am after, during your opponent's attacks, once per turn, you may trash 1 card from your hand, if your Leader is Wano or WB Pirates type, reduce your opponent's Leader or 1 of their Characters by 2k this turn. This will be useful since our Leader will become a 6k base, so even if your opponent swing for 7k, they won't be able to hit us if we decide to use Izo's effect.
Removals
I tried to get more removals in but this is very difficult as the lack of space in the build, so I only got these 2 cards in the build. OP06 Ryuma can work both on play and on KO, KO 1 of your opponent's rested 4 cost or less Characters. 4 cost or less is not a lot especially if we don't have cost reducers in the build. But at least he can still remove Characters, but might be difficult these days if more decks are focus on 5 cost and higher in their builds.
Beckman would work perfectly with out power reducers in the build. The effect works on play, trash 1 of your opponent's 6k power or less Characters. This effect says trash which is a lot better than KO as we can bypass on KO effects as well as preventing from KO, since trashing Characters is different than KO.
Wano Supports
These 4 cards will be the core support of the deck, as they are the support of the deck. I think it will be hard to build a deck without any of these 4 in this build. OP01 Momo is our main search since we can search for any Wano cards we want from this deck. The effect is by paying one DON and resting this Character, look at the top 5 cards of your deck, reveal 1 Wano card and add it to your hand. Then, place the rest at the bottom of your deck in any order.
OP07 Otama on the other hand is restricted to green Wano cards only. For this build, it's not too much of a problem, but we do need Yamato or EB01 Izo's effect to trigger Oden's Leader effect easily. The effect works on play, look at the top 5 cards of your deck, reveal 1 green Wano card other than Otama and add it to your hand. Then, place the rest at the bottom of your deck in any order.
EB01 Hiyori would be very useful for this build as we are running plenty of 5 costs we can target with the effect. The effect is an activate main effect. You may trash this Character to play one 5 cost or less Wano Character other than Hiyori from your hand. Then, draw 1 card.
OP01 Denjiro only works with Oden Leader specific and none of the other decks. You will need to attach a DON to trigger Denjiro's effect. The effect works when attacking, if your Leader is Oden, untap 2 DONs. Untapping 2 DONs will make a huge difference when it comes to playing Characters, we could play more high cost Characters to the field once we finished using his effect.
Events
I couldn't really fit a lot of Events in this build as I mainly focused on the number of Characters in the deck. Radical Beam works the best if you have low health. The counter effect is your Leader or 1 of your Characters gains 2k power this battle. Then, if you have 2 or less Life cards, that card gains another 2k power. So in total, we could get 4k power for that battle. The trigger effect is your Leader or 1 of your Characters gains 1k power this turn. If you could get the trigger effect working, you could have a 7k base Leader.
Red Hawk mainly works best with Izo as Izo is the only way we can reduce your opponent's Characters power during their turn. The counter effect is your Leader or 1 of your Characters gains 4k power. Then, KO up to 1 of your opponent's 4k power or less Characters. Although, the trigger effect can also be handy when slowing your opponent's attacks down. The trigger effect is reduce your opponent's Leader or 1 of their Characters by 10k this turn.
