[One Piece Card Information Bureau] (OP11 Fist of Godspeed) R Cards Reveals!

 

Unlike the previous video for OP11 set, this video is short, only 15 mins compare to the 40 mins video they did last time. OP11 release date is almost out for the JP format, whilst for the EN format, it is still a long time away. We might get 1 final reveal for OP11 set for this channel when the date is near, but for now, I'll be posting the cards shown in this video.

For people who have kept up with the JP twitter feed and card leaks, some of these cards in this video have already been revealed. So there might be nothing new for you to look at. All of them are just R cards from each of the colour. As always, this is not officially translated, but I will try to keep it as close as possible, so don't assume these effects will be right.

Prince Grus

Red Character (OP11-013) R

1 Cost / 2000 power (Special)

[Counter +2000]

Navy / SWORD

[When Attacking] Your opponent cannot activate [Blocker] Characters that has 2000 power or less during this turn. 

Personally, this effect can be very strong with power reducers, however, people are running less and less Blockers because of the format, similar to Digimon card game, so this card will mainly for the 2k counter for certain builds. Although it is not Navy or SWORD restricted, so I might try this in other red builds who I think could benefit from using this effect.


Shirahoshi

Green Character (OP11-030) R

1 Cost / 0 Power (Wisdom)

[Counter +1000]

Merfolk / Fish-Man Island

[Activate: Main] You may rest 1 DON!! card and this Character: Look at 5 cards from top of your deck, reveal up to 1 {Sea King} or {Fish-Man Island} type card and add it to your hand. Then, place the rest at the bottom of your deck in any order.

This is our resting standard searcher, but I have no idea why they removed the DON cost symbol on this card. It is literally the same effect we saw in the past for other cards. Maybe they don't have to print more text when they have added DON cost symbol, and with writing it this way, it put less ink on the cards. You know, I wish they have done this in the past to make the cards more consistent. 


Carrot

Blue Character (OP11-049) R

1 Cost / 1000 Power (Special)

[Counter +1000]

Minks

[On Play] Look at 3 cards from top of your deck and place them at the top or bottom of your deck in any order.

[On Opponent's Attack] You may trash this Character: Up to 1 of your Leader gains +1000 power during this battle

Looks like red and maybe ST10 Kid won't be the only cards who can power up the Leader. We've got 1 for blue as well. This card can be used in a lot of builds, I've already got some ideas in which builds I should use Carrot in as both abilities will be useful, we not only have a standard checking the top cards, but we also can power up the Leader (only for that battle), but can definitely make a difference.


Charlotte Perospero

Purple Character (OP11-071) R

5 cost / 7000 Power (Special)

Big Mom Pirates

[Activate: Main] [Once Per Turn] You may trash 1 card from your hand: Declare a cost of your choice and reveal 1 card from the top of your opponent's deck. If the revealed cost is the same as the declared cost, draw 1 card and add up to 1 DON!! card from your DON!! deck and set it as active.

More cards to support the new Big Mom style of checking your opponent's top cards. It does make sense since Katakuri can see a bit of the future, and they try to incorporate that power into the card game, but at the same time they don't want to make it too OP. This is just a hand filter effect with the ability to ramp. Although I definitely take a 5 drop 7k beat stick as it is not bad. Sure, we have no counters on this card, but we've got power instead with ramping which is what we want for purple.


Aramaki

Black Character (OP11-082) R

1 Cost / 2000 Power (Special)

Navy

[Counter +2000]

[Activate: Main] You may trash this Character: If your Leader has the {Navy} type, up to 1 of your Characters with the {Navy} type can also attack active Characters during this turn. Then, trash 2 cards from the top of your deck.

The new Navy do reminds me more and more of the Dressrosa cards from OP04 set, although, with this we focused on Navy instead. I think we being a mill effect, we could make use of cards like OP05 Rebecca and Lucci's effect who could use the trash. Plus, being a 2k counter will be useful even if you don't need the effect. You only attack active Characters, however, the old Navy can remove your opponent's Characters, so this effect will be more useless in Navy builds that focus on removals. However, I can be wrong, and people may run this for the 2k counter.


Shirley

Yellow Character (OP11-104) R

3 Cost / 4000 Power (Wisdom)

[Counter +1000]

Merfolk / Fish-Man Island

[Blocker]
[On Play] You may turn 1 card from top your Life cards face-down: Look at 3 cards from top of your deck, reveal up to 1 {Fish-Man Island} type card and add it to your hand. Then, place the rest at the top or bottom of your deck in any order.

Now for the final reveal we've got Shirley. More searcher for Shirahoshi build as the new cards will include Fishman Island as the type rather than just Fishman. Not only that Shirley will be one of the card who will help Shirahoshi's Leader effect as well as being a Blocker to stop your opponent's attacks. I thought I would be needing EB01 Viola, but looks like I won't be needing her if we've got more cards that can flip Life cards.
