This build for me was pretty hard to make as I want to cramp everything in this build from both black and yellow card pool. Unfortunately with the lack of spaces, I can't, and just kept the cards which I think would help this build. This might be ST20 build, but like the other Big Mom Pirates build, in that ST20 deck, we only need 1 card, unless you are building the deck from scratch, then there would be a few cards you would need in ST20.

How it Works?
As Big Mom Leader can have Life gain when we are at 1 or less Life, I didn't run too many Life gain cards in this build. I mean, you can, but most of the Life gain cards are big numbers, so once you play them, you won't be able to use Big Mom Leader for a turn, but that doesn't mean you shouldn't put more in, as Big Mom Leader is more of a back up if you don't draw your Life gain cards.
Not only we got Life gain, but we can also make use of cost reducers so we can KO your opponent's Characters much more easily. Personally, this was hard to balance because of the Big Mom Pirates engine taking most of the spaces of the deck. I could take out the Big Mom Pirates engine, but we need to see some of those cards, so we could have the consistency.
Life Gain
Big Mom Leader is not the only Life gain card as we also got these cards in the build, and most of them don't need 1 or less Life to gain a Life, so this will be very handy. 10 drop Big Mom works on play, if your Leader is Big Mom Pirates, the top of your deck to top of your Life, then trash the top card of your opponent's Life area. This is not bad at all, yes you will need to use all your DONs, but you will have a 12k beat stick and your opponent's Life area will be 1 closer to 0.
Another 10 drop Character I am running is OP07 Ace. I really like Ace in this build, even if you don't trigger the full effect, you can still get the Life gain ability. OP07 Ace works on play, add the top card of your deck to top of your Life. Then, if you have 2 or less Life, this Character gains Rush. If you care about Rush, which is great for a 10 drop who will be using up all your DONs, then you will need to get your Life down to 1.
Now we move on to the 7 drop Big Mom who is very situational, but if you can pull the effect off, then it will be great. Big Mom works on play, your opponents chooses one of the following, they either trash their Life or you gain a Life. Either way, this is a win win situation we have, unless your opponents is at 0 Life.
One Who Should Disappear is an Event Counter, where the counter effect is the same as any other colours. The counter effect is you may trash 1 card from your hand, 1 of your Leader or Characters gains 3k power this battle. However, what's important would be the trigger effect, and this will have to rely on luck to pull it off with the Life gain cards. If you have 0 Life, you may add the top card of your deck to top of your Life. Then, trash 1 card.
Cost Reducers
Like I mentioned, its very hard to balance this deck out to have Life gain, cost reducers and removals. You can run more cost reducers, but I do think they be pointless without your removals on the field. OP02 Tsuru has an simple effect which works on play, reduce 1 of your opponent's Characters cost by 2 this turn. A nice 1 drop cost reducer to reduce 1 of your opponent's Characters.
ST06 Tashigi is similar to Tsuru, but instead of on play effect, her effect is an activate main effect. By resting this card, reduce 1 of your opponent's Character cost by 2 this turn. This is better than hard playing since sometimes we might need DONs to play other cards like a removal.
Ice Age is also another 1 drop card we can use to reduce 1 of your opponent's Characters cost. The main effect is reduce 1 of your opponent's Characters cost by 5 this turn. This can be very useful at targeting high cost Characters to remove. The trigger effect is KO 1 of your opponent's 3 cost or less Characters. I personally won't use this unless my opponents has a 3 drop or less beat stick that needs to be stop, and just focus on the main effect of this card.
Removals
Obviously, the cost reducers will work best with our removal cards to take out your opponent's high cost Characters easily, and won't need to worry about focusing on specific Character. EB01 Brook works on play or when attacking. Reduce 1 of your opponent's Characters cost by 1 this turn. Then, KO 1 of your opponent's 0 cost Characters. So even if you can't KO a Character with Brook, the cost reducing effect will be very handy.
OP07 Luffy requires us to have low health for the effect to work, but this shouldn't be hard in this build as we got ways to remove our Life cards without your opponents attacking your Leader. The effect is an activate main effect. You may trash this card, if you have 2 or less Life, KO 1 of your opponent's 4 cost or less Characters. Then, draw 1 card. So not only we get to KO Characters, but we can also draw a card, and not only that, you can also attack with Luffy first before you use his effect. The trigger effect is basically like the main effect but without the draw power. KO 1 of your opponent's 4 cost or less Characters.
OP08 Jack is decent in this build, and can be one of your constant removals like Brook. The first effect is this Character gains 4 cost, making Jack a 11 cost Character, making your opponents difficult to remove, as Jack is a 11 cost Character instead of 7. The second effect is an activate main effect, you may rest this Character to draw and trash 1 card from your hand. Then, KO up to 1 of your opponent's 3 cost or less Characters. 3 or less is a lot easier to do than getting your opponent's Characters down to 0.
Big Mom Pirates Supports
Not much Big Mom Pirates supports aside from the Big Mom Characters, but these cards will still help the deck if you want to trigger certain effects. EB01 Flampe works on play, you may add 1 card from top or bottom of your Life to your hand to draw 1 card. Basically with this card, we will be able to draw 2 cards in one go, but of course the lower your health.
OP03 Pudding is the standard searcher for Big Mom Pirates. The effect works on play, look at the top 4 cards of your deck, reveal 1 Sanji or Big Mom Pirates card other than Pudding and add it to your hand. Then, place the rest at the bottom of your deck in any order.
ST20 Katakuri is the only new card I am using from the starter deck. He is a Blocker with an activate main effect. Once per turn, you may turn the top card of your Life face up to attach 1 rested DON to 1 of your Leader or Characters. So in the end, it will only cost you 3 DONs instead of 4 to trigger Big Mom's Leader effect.
The Defence
For this build, we need to stall as long as possible to get the big drop on the field and get the build popping off. This is where these defences cards kicks in and I know, I am not running a lot, but it is better than nothing. OP02 Kizaru or Borsalino is a Blocker with an effect that works on your opponent's turn. This Character gains 1k power and can't be KO'd by your opponent's effects. This is very helpful especially he can reduce your opponent options and you will know you would have a 6k Blocker on the field. However, there are ways to get around this effect, it will just depends on the type of deck you are playing against.
OP04 Bege is mainly for the trigger effect. He is pretty much useless when he gets to your hand as we have no way of putting Bege into the Life area. I guess we could use him as a discard fodder, but the 2k counter might be handy. The trigger effect 1 of your opponent's Leader or Characters cannot attack this turn, allowing to slow your opponents down if there are cards who haven't attack yet.
