This deck basically has a style I really like combine with the current cards. You won't be needing a lot of the new cards to build Carrot as she works better with the older cards. Don't forget, you only need a Mink on the field in order to trigger Carrot's effect, and that is not hard to do by playing a low cost Character that won't attack, and won't be your opponent focus. In this build, I tried to mix the deck up a little so it won't be pure Minks build, I wish, but I don't think pure Minks would be ideal for this build.

How it Works?
What I like about this deck is being able to prevent your opponents from attacking, especially hurting their Blockers, as we can easily rest your opponent's Blockers and stop them from doing what they want. Not only that, we can also rest your opponent's main Characters and stop those Characters from attacking. Unfortunately, we can't rest high cost Characters, so if your opponent has a field full of high cost Characters, we will struggle in this build, otherwise, I think the deck works nicely against other types of deck.
What I also added is 8 drop Corazon, as you can see, I am running plenty of 5 drops, and what easier to play them for free than using Corazon's effect. This way, we could get 2 beat stick on the field in one turn, rather than playing one at a time. You can do that, but some of the 5 drops will require timing to play, so they usually end up in your hand until you find the right moment.
Resting
Not many resting effects even though we are playing Green. Most of the resting with be from using Carrot Leader to do, which is why I am not running a lot of resting. OP04 Viola works during your opponent's attacks, by paying 2 DONs, rest 1 of your opponent's DON. This may be effective, as your opponents would mainly want to attack before they play other Characters as they don't want to run into Trigger effects. 1 DON, may not means much, but if it makes that 1 DON difference to play a high cost Character, then it might be worth the effort to use the effect.
Hody on the other hand is a nice card to use, but since he is not as important in this build, I am not running maximum copies. Hody has Rush with an on play effect. The effect is rest up to total of 2 of your opponent's Characters or DONs. Then, add 1 card from the top of your Life to your hand. The Rush ability will be useful as well as being able to rest your opponent's Characters or DONs to prevent your opponents from using defensive cards like Blockers or Event Counters.
Prevention
Now, we move on to the main focus of the deck which is stopping your opponent's Characters from being active. Once those cards are rested, your opponents will have difficulties in setting those cards to active unless they can replace those Characters or bounce them back to your hand. 10 drop Doffy will be very useful in this build, the effect works on play, up to total of 3 of your opponent's rested Leader or Characters cannot become active during your opponent's next Refresh Phase. What I like about Doffy is that we can target any Characters we want including the Leader so we won't need to deal against those high cost beat stick swinging at you constantly.
OP07 Bonney is another Character who can stop any high cost Characters from swinging against your Leader. The effect works on play, 1 of your opponent's rested Characters or DONs cannot become active during your opponent's next Refresh Phase. The only difference between Doffy and Bonney is that we can also prevent your opponents from untapping one of their DONs, but for DONs, you will need to predict their next moves for this to become really effective, otherwise it feels like a waste targeting their DONs over Characters.
Now we move on to the newer cards OP08 set. OP08 Duke Storm works on play, if your Leader is Minks type, up to 2 of your opponent's 5 cost or less rested Characters will not become active during your opponent's next Refresh Phase. We can only target lower cost Characters unfortunately, but in return, we can target 2 of your opponent's rested Characters which is nice to have if your opponents decided to go wide against your.
OP08 Carrot is a card I wish OP07 Bonney would have, but then again Bonney might be too OP if it works on play and when attacking like Carrot. The effect is up to 1 of your opponent's 7 cost or less rested Characters will not become active during your opponent's next Refresh Phase. Like Duke Storm, we are limited with Characters cost, but at least Carrot can work when attacking or on play unlike Duke Storm who requires timing to use.
Giovanni is optional, but he works very good against certain type of decks or cards. You will need to attach Giovanni a DON for the effect to work. The effect work when attacking, up to 1 of your opponent's 1 cost or less rested Characters will not become active during your opponent's next Refresh Phase. Yes, we can only target 1 cost or less Characters which is why it is optional to run, but at least he is a Mink type which help to trigger Carrot Leader's effect.
Lastly, Electrical Luna, a card that requires timing for the effect to become really effective against your opponents. The main effect is all of your opponent's 7 cost or less rested Characters will not become active during your opponent's next Refresh Phase. Not surprising here that this is similar to OP08 Carrot's effect as this is one of Carrot moves. It is not bad for 3 cost because if your opponents have plenty of low cost Characters ready to attack your Leader, we can play this Event to stall for a turn. The trigger effect is rest 1 of your opponent's Characters. This effect let us rest any of your opponent's Characters to stop 1 of their attacks from attacking your Leader, but this is also depends on the situation you are in as you might need the main effect more than the trigger effect.
Minks Supports
Now we move on to Minks supports that could work in this build. OP02 Shishilian works on play, by paying 2 DONs, untap 1 of your 5 cost or less Minks type Characters. This is very useful as we could trigger cards like OP08 Carrot, whose effect is not once per turn, meaning we could prevent up to 2 of your opponent's Characters from being active, not too bad for paying 4 DONs altogether.
Pedro is a Blocker, but we could use Shishilian to untap him so we have a Blocker during your opponent's turn. We do have an on KO effect which is choose one of the following, either rest 1 of your opponent's DONs or KO 1 of your opponent's 6 cost or less rested Characters. Pedro is very handy and can acts like a back up to stop your opponent's Characters if you don't have any prevention cards, or the prevention is not enough to stop your opponent's attacks.
Milky has an activate main effect where you rest this Character, if your Leader is Minks type, untap 1 of your DONs. This can be really handy as it would means we could play more cards. I know 1 DON may not be a lot, but if you got an odd number or even number card, then that DON might makes a difference in term of playing that card this turn or next turn.
Lastly we've got OP08 Wanda who is just a standard searcher, and if we can get her in our opening hand, we will be all set for trigger Carrot Leader's effect. The effect works on play, look at the top 5 cards of your deck, reveal up to 1 Minks card other than Wanda and add it to your hand. Then, place the rest at the bottom of your deck in any order.
Donquixote Supports
As you've seen the deck list, I decided to mix Minks with Donquixote Pirates support since some of the cards we need are in Donquixote Pirates section, so might as well complete this for the build. OP04 Baby 5 works at the end of your turn, you may trash this Character to untap 2 DONs. This helps us set up for Viola's effect if we need the DON since we do have a lot of high cost Characters which could let us use up the DONs in one go.
8 drop Corazon is to help us play the 5 drop Characters in this build for free whilst also protecting them, as one of the Character will be very important in this build. Corazon has 2 effects, the first effect works on your opponent's turn. If this Character is rested, your active 5 costs base cannot be KO'd by effects. The only downside is that our 5 drops need to be active for this effect to kick in. Won't be a problem if we play those Characters on that turn, but once they attack, then this effect will be useless. The second effect works on play, you may rest this Character to play 1 green 5 cost Character from your hand.
OP05 Baby 5 is just a searcher for Donquixote Pirates, however, the search effect is not like Wanda where she works on play. Instead it is an activate main effect. By paying 1 DON, look at the top 5 cards of your deck, reveal 1 Donquixote Pirates card and add it to your hand. Then, place the rest at the bottom of your deck in any order. The good part about this effect is that she can search herself, although OP04 Baby 5 won't be that important until you've got Viola in play.
Because of Justice is a 0 Event Counter card where the counter effect is very standard and all colours will have this effect. The counter effect is you may trash 1 card in your hand, 1 of your Leader or Character gains 3k power this turn. Not only that, being a Donquixote card means we can search this out from deck using OP05 Baby 5's effect. The trigger effect is rest 1 of your opponent's 4 cost or less Characters. This is not as good as Electrical Luna, but can still stop some attacks from happening.
