I can see why Imu is one of the top decks for OP13 build, and might be able to last until OP14. We will be getting EB03 in between, and nothing in EB03 will be able to work with this build. For this deck, it's pretty cheap to build as you won't need a single Secret Rare in this deck, luckily, they didn't make a Secret Rare for this build, unlike other main decks, so it will be easy on people wallets, and especially being one of the top decks.

How it Works?
I've kept this build simple, and to be honest, you can build this deck with just OP13 set alone, and the deck would be fine. What you need to do first is build up the trash to get at least 7 cards in your trash. This way, you will be able to trigger the Five Elders's effect key effects rather than just their main effect. It is very easy to do thanks to Imu who can discard and draw once per turn, plus with your other mill searchers, you can set up the trash in no time.
Personally, you won't need 19 in trash, as that is for more of a late game effect to trigger Empty Throne's effect. We mainly want to use Empty Throne to spam our Five Elders to the field, so you don't really want to discard these cards, unless you don't need them.
Five Elders
The key cards for the deck as we will be playing these cheaply thanks to our Stage cards. However, it would be the best, if you can get 7 or more cards in trash before playing these cards, except 10 drop, so we can make the full use of their effects. Saturn is mainly just a searcher, but if you have 7 or more cards in trash, then this Character cannot be removed by your opponent's effects. The effect works on play, look at top 5 cards of your deck, reveal 1 Five Elders card and add it to your hand. Then, place the rest at the bottom of your deck in any order. This shouldn't be too difficult to pull off as we are running the maximum copies in this build.
Warcury only has a simple effect, but this is the 1 card where we actually need 7 cards in trash to make the effect better, unlike Saturn where we mainly using that card for the search. Warcury works on KO, draw 1 card, but if you have 7 or more cards in trash, then this Character cannot be removed by your opponent's effects and gains Blocker, triggering the on KO effect easily. Of course, you can use this as an attack, and hopefully your opponent could KO this card to draw.
Nusjuro would work the best if you have 7 or more cards in your trash, then this Character cannot be removed by your opponent's effects and gains Rush. Rush will be very strong as it will allow us to attack as soon as he hit the field. The effect works when attacking, if you've got 10 or more cards in your trash, 1 of your opponent's Characters loses 2k power for the turn. This would means, we can make your opponent's Characters more easier to hit considering that we don't have a major beat stick aside from our 10 drop.
Mars pretty much have the same effect as Warcury, but costing 6 instead of 4. If you have 7 or more cards in trash, then this Character cannot be removed by your opponent's effects and gains Blocker. The effect works on play, you may trash 1 card from your hand to KO 1 of your opponent's base cost of 5 or less. A nice removal effect to try and reduce your opponent's board.
Peter have the same effect as Saturn for the trash requirements, if you have 7 or more cards in trash, then this Character cannot be removed by your opponent's effects. The main effect would power up your Five Elders to make those cards hit more easily. The effect is if you have 10 or more cards in trash, set all of 5 Elders base power to 7k. Unfortunately, this would affect our 10 drop, so we really don't want to play our 10 drop if Peter is on the field, as our 12k beat stick would become 7k.
5 Elders as the name said is the card that can bring back all 5 Elders from your trash. Of course, you want to use this effect after you attacked as the 5 Elders except Nusjuro would have summon sickness. The effect is an activate main effect, if your Leader is Imu, you may rest 1 DON and trash 1 card from your hand to trash all of your Characters, then play up to 5 Five Elders with 5k power and different names from your trash. What I do like about this card is that we can play this for 3 instead of paying the full DONs thanks to 1 of our Stage card.
Holy Land
I am actually running 2 Stage cards even though, we only need 1 of them on the field. Mary Geoise is actually a back up in case your opponent can remove Empty Throne, plus we can play this Stage from our trash thanks to 1 of our Characters. The effect is the cost of your Celestial Dragons with 2 or more cost is reduced by 1. Not as good as Empty Throne, but this card can target all Celestial Dragons rather than just 5 Elders.
The Empty Throne is the main stage card who we play out for free using Imu's effect. There are 2 effects, the first effect is if you have 19 or more cards in your trash, your Leader gains 1k power, making Imu a 6k beat stick, and this is important against the new Leaders, so we don't have to rely on DONs. However, what I am mainly using this card for is the second effect which is an activate main. You may rest this card and 3 DONs, play 1 black 5 Elders Character with cost equal to or less than the number of DONs on your field from your hand. So the more DONs we got, the better for the deck, especially for our 10 drop 5 Elders.
The Supports
There's only 1 non CD Character and that is Shirahoshi who is in the deck to recycle the trash. Shalria is a searcher and the effect works on play, look at top 3 cards of your deck, add 1 CD card except Shalria and add it to your hand. Then, trash the rest and 1 card from your hand. Shalria can easily build up the trash, but unfortunately, we do need to trash a card, so we won't be gaining any hand size with the search effect.
OP05 Shirahoshi helps to prevent us from decking out as there are a few mill cards in this build, as well as Imu discard and draw effect. So the longer the game, the more easily you could deck out with without Shirahoshi. Plus, she works the best against OP13 Ace. The effect is an activate main, you may rest this Character and place 2 cards from the bottom of your deck in any order, if your opponent has 6 or more cards in their hand, your opponent discards a card.
OP13 Mjosgard only works if we have low Life cards, but I am mainly using this card for the 2k counter rather than the effect. The effect works on play, if you have 3 or less Life cards, play one 1 cost Mary Geoise Stage card from your trash. This is the only reason why I am running a 1 drop Stage as it could come in handy if our opponents removed our main Stage card.
OP13 Charlos is just for the Blocker, so we can stall enough turns to get the 5 Elders on the field to put a threat against your opponents. The effect works on play, mill 1 card from your deck. The mill might be handy as we could hit the magic numbers like 7 or 10 to trigger the 5 Elders effects.
Events
As you know, we are only restricted to 1 drop Events because of Imu, and currently, I am only using these 3 Events, and the names are not short. At your Service is a searcher, the effect is look at the top 3 cards of your deck, reveal 1 CD card except At your Service and add it to your hand. Then, trash the rest. This is just like Shalria but without the need to trash a card from your hand. Both of these searchers can easily build up your trash. The trigger effect is activate this card's main.
Never Existed is mainly for the counter effect as it would be very difficult to use the main effect unless you are playing against Imu decks. The main effect is, if your Leader is Imu, you may rest 1 of your DONs to KO 1 of your opponent's 7 cost Stage card. This is also why this deck runs a back up Stage card in case our main Stage card gets removed. The counter effect is if your Leader is Imu, your Leader or 1 of your Characters gains 4k power for the battle.
The World's Equilibrium is a Event you could run more copies of if you can fine the room as both main and counter effect will be handy. The main effect is you may rest 5 of your DONs, if the only Characters on your field are CD, KO 1 of your opponent's base cost 6 or less Characters. I am only running Shirahoshi as the only non CD Character, but Shirahoshi can easily be removed by your opponents, so it would be easy to use this card's main effect if need to. The counter effect is your Leader gains 3k power for that battle, not as good as Never Existed who can targets Characters as well as that 4k power to use.
