I missed last week tournament where they did reveal some new cards as long with the results of top 16. This week reveals is all about AAs, Special Rares, Manga Rare and Secret Rare for OP14. Although what I am interested is EB03 that came out in JP and how it will change some deck results. Surprisingly not a lot, OP13 decks are still going strong out there, and this might be the same for us EN players.
Tournament
As you can see, OP13 Ace is still going strong with 25%, Imu with 18% and OP12 Zoro with 13%. Roger is still still 4th on the list with 9% and OP13 Sabo being 5th. I guess if you don't want to constantly get a brand new deck then Zoro will be a good option.
However, this time around with 6% we see Nami, although I wonder if those Nami builds are using EB03 supports, since some cards can suit that deck very well. Lastly, below the 5% we've got U/P Luffy, Bonney and Vivi from EB03. Although, this could be the other Vivi who can't attack, but I personally think EB03 Vivi is a stronger version.
The other at 12%, unfortunately, it seems it will just be 1% of the people will be using the deck. Rayleigh, Blackbeard, Bonney, G/P and R/G Luffy, Betty. I am surprised Betty is still playable against the new meta, I need to look up a deck list on Betty to analyse it.
Top 16
I always like top 16 results. The people who uses the same deck most doesn't mean you can end up in top 16. The top 4 most used deck still reached Top 16, but the numbers have changed. 7 people managed to top with Imu, 4 with Ace, 2 with Roger, 2 Nami and only 1 Zoro.
What I am surprised is definitely Zoro since there are 13% of people were using Zoro and only 1 person only managed to reach top 16, whereas Nami only has 6% but 2 people managed to make it to top 16. For me looking at this, numbers doesn't always matter since there are several factors like bad matchup and luck involve.
Cards
I personally think Jinbe and Arlong has the best AA compare to the others, it really shows their Fishman uniqueness with the watery background.
Looks like Bon Clay is still using Nami face even though he can transform to other Characters, but this is where the dough is having a female face over male.
The special rare, EB01 Kid & Killer, OP12 Mihawk and OP07 Sengoku.
OP10 Sugar, OP06 Perona and 1 of the new cards OP14 Hancock.
No idea why we've got 2 version of the same OP09 Buggy.
These reminds me of DBSCG Events where we have SPR for the Character moves, although, they don't have their normal art unlike OPCG.

| Looks like we've got the first secret rare revealed along with the AA art. I've noticed the on KO effect is not once per turn, so if somehow your opponent could KO Crocodile, we could keep bringing him back and trigger the on play effect. It does feel like the Marco situation but Marco is only a super rare with some restrictions whilst Crocodile could work in any build if your deck have the room to make use of the effect. |

| Mihawk is the other Secret Rare and what I like about the first effect is basically work when attacking since that is usually when we rest Mihawk, unless we've got cards that can rest this Character by an effect. The second effect only power's up your Leader 1 time during that battle. I guess it is handy if you have a lot of non counters in your hand since Green builds tend to run a lot of non counters. |

We have Mihawk DON and Mihawk Manga Art and not just the AA. Well, I guess we can fully use the DON for Mihawk build if needed.
