Its that time again where the release date is close for OP12 set. Honestly, I wish we can catch up to JP as soon as possible, so we can get the official translation and I can just comment on the new cards. Anyway, I won't be going through every cards they have pulled in this set, otherwise, it will take a long time. I do like OP12 as they have supports for old Leaders until the rotation kicks in, so I can play with those Leaders a bit longer.
Some cards in this video will have already been revealed during JP Twitter reveal, plus we also had leaks, so some of these cards I'll be posting will be nothing new. I'll be ignoring Vanillas, because you know, they are vanillas, and those one are harder to talk about than 1 line of effect.

Looks like we got the Sun Pirates Jinbe in this set and not the Straw Hats. The effect is not bad, since this is just a 3 drop Rush, but we need to reveal at least 2 Events. Unfortunately won't be suitable for decks with low Events. I am assuming that 8 Events should be enough to at least trigger this card's effect. |

Anyway, if you noticed the main effect is exactly the same as Hody's effect, but instead of paying 7, we will need to pay 4 instead, still a lot but at least we won't need to wait too long to start resting your opponent's cards. Not only that, you can also use this as a counter card, but this only powers up the Leader. I will still take it if the deck benefits from resting to trigger other effects. |

I think 1 or 2 could work as a gimmick, but in reality, 9 DONs could be a lot especially if you need board presence, and seeing this won't really help. |

Although, since this is also a Wano card, I am tempted to try this out in Yamato who can give 2 attach DONs to your Characters. |

I guess I'll take it since this card is better than OP02 version. We do discard a card, but at least we can get around returning and trash effects instead of KO only. Not to mention that this works during any turns rather than being on your opponent's turn, only the Blocker and power ability is on your opponent's turn. |

Then again, it is a 9 cost Character, and that is pretty high for 6 whereas Katakuri only chooses 8 cost or less for 8 DONs. The counter effect is the same as Dead Man's Game, looks like these will be the standard in this set. |

Of course, we will need to run more RA cards just to trigger Dragon's effect. |

Looks like we've got Hiyori who only works is we have a Zoro Leader. It sounds like even the card game wants us to ship these 2 together even though One Piece shouldn't have romance between the MCs. Anyway, this is not bad at all, we can look for Slash cards, or Events as long as they are green. I'll take it for Zoro build, but I'm not sure if the deck need to run a lot of Slash Characters for this card. I know Wano is mainly mostly Slash Attribute, so the chances are really high. |

If the translation is accurate, we can use this in any red builds. |

More for Shirahoshi build, now I can't wait to update the Sea King build, but I know there's a big time gap between OP sets compare to EB sets, so I could post the OP11 now, then OP12 later. It is not a bad effect considering the first effect is not once per turn, so as long as we can turn our Life cards, we can trigger the protection effects. The second effect is also very strong with Sea King that has Blockers, making those Characters being able to withstand your opponent's attacks. |

Your opponents would want to take this out sooner or later, because he is an 8k beat stick, and that would means they will need some counters to stop the attack or take the damage. Unless, they can get away with not KOing Doffy and win the game. |

There's also R/Y Sabo too, so making a 5 drop Sabo does make this a lot more interesting we can focus. |

Not bad effect, since we can make your opponent discard once per turn, since this effect works when attacking. I am actually surprised since hand destructions effects works once per card only, but this works when attacking, so we can constantly make your opponents discard, so they can't keep their hand. The best part is that we can trigger this effect before they play Counter cards to avoid the discard. |

Both very strong effects, well only 1 of them because 5 Events is a lot. Mr 1 is only 2 for power up and it is still difficult to fit a lot of Events in one build. Maybe if we can focus on 25 Events then it is possible to make this Sanji very deadly as a beat stick, otherwise, I kind see it difficult getting the power bonus effect. |
