OP10 Blue/Black (Rebecca) Deck Profile

Rebecca build has a complete different style to Usopp even though both Leaders are blue/black Leaders. In this build, we focus heavily on mill, the more we mill, the more choices we can make, especially certain cards where we need specific number in the trash to make the full use of their effects. The new cards added more removal in this build, so we can constantly wipe your opponent's Characters, even though our Leader can't attack.

OP10 Rebecca

How it Works?

As you can see the deck heavily focused on mill. The more cards you mill, the better to trigger some cards like Tempest Kick or Bastardo. But more importantly, the build focused around OP04 Luffy who will be our key card since we could make use of the mill. There's a lot of removals, so you don't have to attack your opponent's Characters to clear their board, but having the option to attack your opponent's Characters wouldn't hurt since Rebecca Leader cannot attack.

As OP06 Moria is banned, I had to changed the build a little and sacrifice playing cards from the trash, only OP05 Rebecca will be doing that in the build. It does hurt as you won't be able to do Moria + Rebecca combo to fill up your field in one go. I guess in return, we have more room to fit other cards since there are plenty of Dressrosa cards that could work with Rebecca build as long as they focused on milling the cards.

Cost Reducers

We have plenty of access to cost reducers, so we can easily use removals effect to get rid of your opponent's Characters. Toy Soldier can easily be searched out with our searchers since he is a Dressrosa card. The effect is an activate main effect, you may trash this Character to reduce 1 of your opponent's Characters cost by 3 this turn.

Suleiman is quite useful as a cost reducer, some of our cost reducers works once, and that will be it, but for Suleiman, we could constantly reduce your opponent's Characters cost as long as he stays on the field. The effect works on play or when attacking, if your Leader is Dressrosa, reduce 1 of your opponent's Characters cost by 2 this turn. Then, you mill 1 card.

Orlumbus is very strong for a cost reducer, not to mention, he is also a beat stick. The effect is an activate main effect, once per turn, reduce 1 of your opponent's Characters cost by 4 and mill 2 cards. Then, KO 1 of your Dressrosa Characters. The KOing our Characters will be handy as we could make room for new Characters instead of replacing them on top, like Rebecca searcher for example.

Tempest Kick is literally the best replacement for Ice Age in this build as we focused on milling cards, easily triggering the full effect of Tempest Kick. But in reality, the effect is more Great Eruption effect who is another banned card. The effect is draw 1 card, then if you have 10 or more cards in trash, reduce 1 of your opponent's Characters cost by 3 this turn. 10 or more cards shouldn't be too difficult to pull off unless you do not see a single mill effect. The trigger effect is KO 1 of your opponent's 3 cost or less Characters.

Removals

Unlike Usopp, Rebecca has a lot of removal cards, although 2 of them are more about returning, but I guess they are still removed. OP04 Kyros is pretty good for a rare. Kyros has 2 effects, the first effect is if this Character would be KO'd, you may rest 1 of your Leader or Corrida Coliseum instead. We can prevent Kyros from getting KO'd for at least twice, so your opponent will need a 3rd attack to KO Kyros, or using removals. You can also use this with Orlumbus, so you won't lose a Character when you use Orlumbus's effect. The second effect works on play, if your Leader is Rebecca, KO 1 of your opponent's 1 cost or less Characters. Then, mill 1 card.

OP10 Zoro works best with Rebecca since Rebecca doesn't attack allowing you to trigger one of the options. The effect works on play, you may rest 1 Dressrosa Leader or Stage to KO 1 of your opponent's 4 cost or less Characters. Then, mill 2 cards. 4 cost or less is a high number, especially when we also have cost reducers in the build, so we could target your opponent's high cost Characters.

OP06 Pudding is mainly to go against large hand size builds so we can break through your opponent's defence easily, especially when we can't attack with our Leader. The effect works on play, your opponent returns all cards in their hand to their deck and shuffles their deck. Then, your opponent draws 5 cards.

OP10 Kyros is different to OP04 version as instead of KOing your opponent's Characters, we return those Characters to the owner's hand. The effect works on play, return one 5 cost or less Character to the owner's hand. We can also target our own Characters to reuse their on play effects if needed, and you've got enough DONs to pay for that Character's cost.

Lastly, we've got Bastardo who works the best if you've got a lot of cards in your trash. The effect is KO 1 of your opponent's 4 cost or less Characters. If you have 15 or more cards in trash, KO 1 of your opponent's 6 cost or less Characters instead. We do need 15 cards in trash, and 15 sounds a lot, but we have a lot of mill in this build, easily hitting the requirements. The trigger effect is you may rest 1 of your Leader to KO 1 of your opponent's 5 cost or less Characters. The trigger effect is also very strong since we know our Leader will always be untap, unless your opponent can rest your Leader.

Attacking Characters

These cards are the same as Usopp build, but I've only changed the numbers around. We do have removals to remove your opponent's Characters, but this build also can attack your opponents active Characters if needed. Gyats has a very simple effect, on play, 1 of your Dressrosa Characters can attack active Characters during this turn. This is very important because of Corrida Colisuem who can give our Dressrosa Characters like pseudo rush ability.

OP04 Bounce man Luffy is the main card of the deck, and if there are spaces in the build, I would actually run the maximum copies with the way this deck is built.  Bounce man Luffy can also attack your opponent's active Characters, so you don't have to rely on Gyats. Then, we have an activate main effect where you may return 7 cards from your trash in any order to untap this Character. Then, this Character will not become active in your next Refresh Phase. You don't attack with Luffy the second time, otherwise he will stay rested on your next turn, you want this to stay active after the first attack. But if you going for the final push to win, then, you might as well make the full use of the attacks.

Corrida Coliseum isn't a must 4 in the build like Usopp considering we can rest our Leader, however, we do need to see this Stage on the field for Kyros's effect, preventing him from being KO'd twice per turn. The effect is if your Leader is Dressrosa type, your Dressrosa Characters can attack Characters on the turn they are played. This combined with Gyats's effect means our Characters can attack straight away instead of waiting your opponents to have rested Characters.

Prevention

There are 2 cards who gives your Characters extra protection since it would hurt if your opponents can use removal effects on your key cards. OP10 Sabo has a continuous effect. The effect is if your Character with a base cost of 7 or less other than Sabo would be removed from the field by your opponent's effect, you may returned this card to the owner's hand instead. This will protect all of our Characters as I am not running any Characters in this build who cost more than 7.

OP04 Sabo isn't as strong as OP10 Sabo when it comes to prevention effect, but he is a Blocker whilst also have a hand filter effect. The effect works on play, none of your Characters can be KO'd by effects until the start of your next turn. Then, draw 2 cards and trash 2 cards from your hand. We can only prevent your opponents from using KO effects on our Characters and it is one time only, but at least Sabo can protect the entire field whilst OP10 version, you need him on the field, and if he goes back to your hand, then your Characters would have 0 protection.

Dressrosa Supports

Now for the rest of the Dressrosa supports, we have these cards, and they are very simple with Bartolomeo being a Blocker with 2k counter and OP04 Rebecca is the standard searcher for Dressrosa. The effect works on play, look at top 3 cards of your deck, add 1 Dressrosa card other than Rebecca and add it to your hand. Trash the rest. The only downside we can't add OP05 Rebecca, and OP05 Rebecca is definitely useful in this build.

OP05 Rebecca is a Blocker, but only 0 power. Your main aim with this card is getting the cards from the trash from all the mill effects you've got in the build. The effect works on play, add one black 3 to 7 cost Character other than Rebecca from your trash to your hand. Then, play one 3 cost or less from your hand rested. We do play 1 card from hand rested, but it could be any of the low cost Characters except Bartolomeo who is better with the card being active for Blocker ability.
