A ramp deck with Life gain abilities is a deck that I would take. Unfortunately, some of the cards in this build won't be cheap, so if you want to build this in real life, then good luck on your wallet. I am mainly running high cost Characters as we've got plenty of ramp to play those Characters with ease. We also already have some cards that could make use of Pudding Leader's effect, mainly EB01 set.

How it Works?
There are two keys factor in this build, first is ramp as soon as possible, so we can play our high cost Characters. The second is the Life gain cards, the Life gain cards, I am only running 3 different Characters as if you draw too much, you can only play 1 of them once per turn as you will mostly use up all the DONs when playing those cards. You can add more like OP04 Yamato who can be great in this build, especially if you can get yourself to low health thanks to Flampe's effect. But we are also running Ace who does similar, but better at the same time, but that is only in my opinion.
What we also need is to flip those Life cards back face down so we can use Pudding Leader's effect to gain the ramp again. Of course, Pudding's effect will be very limited, because once you reach 8-10 DONs, her effect won't be needed as we have filled the requirements in playing the high cost Characters we need. But if you can use Pudding's effect early on, then those cards will be worth it.
Ramp
Only two ramp cards, and that's all we need in this build, because if you got about 8-10 DONs, then these card would be useless especially Katakuri. At least we can still use one of Bon Clay's effect even if we can't ramp. EB01 Bon Clay have 2 effects, the first effect works on play add 1 DON as active. This is just a simple ramp effect. The second effect works when attacking, select 1 of your opponent's Characters. This Character's base power becomes the same power as the selected Character during this turn. So the more power your opponent has on the field, the better Bon Clay becomes.
OP08 Katakuri is a nice 7k beat stick to use once we've used his effect. The effect works on play, you may turn the top card of your Life face down to add 1 DON as active. Very simple effect, but unfortunately, we can only turn 1 of the face up card in the Life area face down. But I guess this wouldn't be a problem if we take 1 of the face up cards away, so then the Life area will all have face down cards.
Flipping Life Cards Face Down
Just like the ramp cards, we have 2 cards who can flip our Life cards face down again. To be honest, we have 3 in total if we've included OP08 Katakuri, and that is plenty in this build. EB01 Viola is a Blocker with an on play effect, the on play effects let you choose 1 of the following, either look at your opponent's Life cards and place them back to Life in any order or turn all your Life cards face down. The good thing about Viola, even if we don't need to use the second effect, we can always use the first effect as well as having a Blocker on the field to stop your opponent's attacks.
ST13 Whitebeard also works on play, add the top card of your deck to top of your Life, then look at all your Life cards and place 1 card to top of your deck and place the rest back in any order. We rarely run any Trigger effects in this build, so it doesn't really matter which card goes back to the top. Just as long as we can flip those face up cards in the Life area face down.
Life Gain
Now we move on to some new cards who can focus on Life gain, but they are also our main beat sticks on the field. OP03 Big Mom works on play, if your Leader is Big Mom Pirates type, add the top card of your deck to top of your Life. Then, trash 1 card from your opponent's Life. So not only we gain a Life, but we can also trash 1 of your opponent's Life cards, so they will need to use counters instead of taking the hit.
OP07 Ace works on play, add the top card of your deck to top of your Life. Then, if you have 2 or less Life, this Character gains Rush. To be honest, you can play Ace early if you don't care about Rush, but, I kinda want to use Ace's Rush ability, so I tend to take Life cards until I've got 1 Life left. This way I can play Ace during my next turn, ready to attack my opponent's Characters or Leader.
What I am also running is OP08 Big Mom. Now OP08 Big Mom kinda work like 8 drop Katakuri, but with additional effects. The effect works on play, by returning 1 DON and trashing 1 card from your hand. Add the top card of your deck to top of your Life. Then, add 1 of your opponent's 6 cost or less Characters to their top or bottom of the Life area face up. Not only we gain a Life, but she can also act like a removal, bypassing protection effects as we get to place those Characters to Life area.
Big Mom Supports
I think we've got enough cards to make use of the Big Mom supports for this build. EB01 Flampe is very useful in this deck because we can make use of the Life area. The effect works on play, you may add 1 card from top or bottom of your Life to your hand to draw 1 card. What you can do is take 1 of the face up Life cards to your hand, then use OP08 Katakuri to flip that last face up card face down, so we can Pudding's Leader effect to ramp some more. But that is only if you need the extra ramp, otherwise her 2k counter can also be handy.
OP03 Pudding works on play, look at the top 4 cards of your deck, reveal 1 Sanji or Big Mom Pirates card other than Pudding and add it to your hand. Then, place the rest at the bottom of your deck in any order. The best thing about this search effect is that we can also search for Sanji and not only Big Mom Pirates cards.
Claiming One Piece is also another searcher like OP03 Pudding, but we can't search this out with our searchers. The effect is if your Leader has Animal Kingdom Pirates or Big Mom Pirates type, look at the top 5 cards of your deck, reveal 1 Animal Kingdom Pirates or Big Mom Pirates card and add it to your hand. Then, place the rest at the bottom of your deck in any order. The good thing about this card is that we can also search for Animal Kingdom Pirates card, but I am not running any in this build as they do not match this deck style. The trigger effect is activate this card's main effect.
Extra Supports
Now for the addons to the deck, we have some very basic cards, 2 of them only have trigger effects, OP04 Bege and OP07 Franky. OP04 Bege's effect is 1 of your opponent's Leader or Characters cannot attack this turn whilst OP07 Franky's effect is draw 1 card. Then, if you have 1 or less Life, play this card. Both effect needs to rely on luck as we've got no way of putting them to Life area in our hand. At least we do have 2k counters on them even if we can't use their trigger effects.
Another card with 2k counter is OP07 Sanji. Now for Sanji, we might struggle playing him early turns since we rarely have any cards that can return DONs back to deck. So we we will just ignore the effects and just play him as a 6 drop 6k Blocker. 6 DONs won't be difficult to do as we've got plenty of ramp. However, if you don't like OP07 Sanji, you can always run OP04 Sanji who is just a 4 drop Blocker with a Trigger effect. I am running OP07 Sanji just for the 2k counter.
Who Should Disappear is yellow 0 cost Event Counter. The counter effect is the same as any other colours. You may trash 1 card from your hand, 1 of your Leader or Characters gains 3k power this battle. What's different between these cards will be their trigger effects, and this trigger effect is if you have 0 Life, you may add the top card of your deck to top of your Life. Then, trash 1 card from your hand. To know if we could get this in our last Life, we will need to rely on Whitebeard in this deck as Whitebeard can arrange our Life area.
