GCG Link Station Ep 48 - [ST10]＆[EB01] Team Battle!

 

As expected, the new SD G Generation is more suited for team battles rather than single, so they are showing off the new cards in this video. Of course, there are card reveals and not just a team battle in this video. More cards revealed combined with yesterday Bandai presentation for GD05.

GCG Link Station Ep 46 - G Generation Eternal Introduction & [ST10] Unboxing!

 

To be honest, nothing interesting for this video, except new card reveals. G Generation is a game released a while back, but they are talking about the game now. As for me, I just can't get into G Generation mainly because it's a turn play game, I rather have the game like SDGO instead. SDGO was very fun whilst it lasted. We do have ST10 unboxing which will have the G Generation cards. Although, what I am interested is definitely GD05 card reveals.

GCG Ban List (effective from April 1, 2026)

I don't know about you, but this has to be 1 of the worst ban list especially how GCG is designed. I literally thought they would hit U/P Barbatos, but looks like the deck is still playable, and we will still have problems facing against Barbatos builds. It feels like they didn't put any effort to stopping certain decks from dominating. Then again, it's also Bandai fault for doing Bo1 matches where you know you only have 1 chance to stop that deck, and no second chances.

Its about time that Link Station talk about something else than just showing fights. The questions about the cards are interesting depending how the game work. If you come from other card games, you don't really expect that the cards would work differently than usual.

Of course, if it's only about the JP regionals, I wouldn't post this since I'm only interested in global World results, as JP and EN meta will have some differences when more sets arrive for GCG, just like OP and DCG. Decks that are meta in JP format may not be as strong in the EN format as there might be decks that have counters to each other.
