As you know, yellow got some pretty good cards for OP16 set, so I've decided to make use of ST29 Luffy as the main of the deck. Although, ST29 Luffy can let you build any type of yellow decks we want since the Leader effect is not restricted, and we also start with 6 Life cards. Of course, we do want to run cards that can make use of the Life cards.

Leader Character (48) Event (2) |
How it Works?
The deck mainly focus on Life gain and trigger effects. The more Life gain cards you can run, the more chances of hitting the trigger effects to annoy your opponents when they decide to hit our Leader. Not to mention, the Life gain cards except Kizaru can let us gain new Life cards on top of the 6 Life cards we already get. So the longer the game, the more Life cards we get and it will feels impossible for your opponents to finish.
Life Gain
We do have a lot of Life gains so your opponent will feel endless when they try to hit our Leader, not to mention the trigger effects in this build. OP06 Kiku has a bit of requirement that would require your opponent to target this card. The effect works on KO, if your opponent has 3 or less Life cards, add the top card of your deck to top of your Life area. The trigger effect also requires your opponent to have 3 or less Life cards to work in order to play the card.
OP15 Zoro is a Straw Hat, so Sanji searcher will be able to search this card on top of being a 6k beat stick for 4. The effect works on play, you may trash 1 card from your hand to add the top card of your deck to top of your Life area.
EB04 Kizaru will be a problem for this deck as we start with 6 Life cards, and if you play your other Life gain cards, we might not get a chance to use the effect. The effect works on play, if you have 2 or less Life cards, add the top card of your deck to top of your Life area.
EB03 Robin on the other hand will increase the chances of hitting trigger cards in your Life area. Robin has 2 effects like Kuma. The first effect works on play, you may trash the top card of your Life area, if your Leader is SH type, add up to 2 cards from top of your deck to top of your Life area. Of course, you want to hit 2, because that would make the most of the Life gain. The second effect also works during your opponent's turn and on KO, you may deal 1 damage to your opponent.
OP16 Blackbeard is a very strong yellow card, and would work amazingly well in this build who focus on triggering the trigger effects. The effect works on play, look at top 3 cards of your deck, add 1 card to top of your Life area. Then, place the rest at the bottom of your deck in any order. As we get to choose the cards, we want to aim for the trigger effect. The trigger effect is negate the effect of 1 of your opponent's Characters this turn. Then, KO 1 of your opponent's 5 cost or less Characters. This can also be handy if you need to stop your opponents.
Life Cards Removals
Instead of focusing on removing your opponent's Characters, you can focus on their Life area instead. OP16 Burgess only cost 3 to play, but this card depends as OP10 Hawkins can be another option. The effect works on KO, add the top card of your opponent's Life area to the owner's hand. This is not as good as Hawkins as Hawkins can trash. But what I am aiming for is the trigger effect which is you may trash 1 card to play this card, giving you bodies on the field.
EB03 Nami will be very strong in this build, especially when we have Life gains who could cover the cost. Nami has 2 effects, the first effect works on play, attach 1 rested DON to your Leader. Then, if your opponent has 3 or more Life cards, add the top card of your opponent's Life area to the owner's hand. Of course, you could always use this for the DONs attachment if you can't use the second part of the effect. The second effect works on KO, you may turn the top card of your Life area face up to play one 6k power or less Character from your hand. This way, we can always replace Characters, especially cards like Zoro or Kizaru and pull of the Life gain ability.
OP13 Bonney is useful as this is another 10k beat stick we can use, and our Leader is also Egghead type. The effect works on play, if your Leader is Egghead, this Character gains Rush. Then, your opponent add the top Life card to their hand. If your opponent only has 2 or less cards in their Life area, it will make your opponent uses Blocker or counters from their hand more early. The trigger effect only works if you have 1 or less Life cards, rest 1 of your opponent's 7 cost or less Characters. You will need to rely on luck for this effect or use Blackbeard's effect if you have 0-1 Life cards.
Trigger Characters
The trigger Characters are the same as my last build as we are mainly using these cards for the trigger effects, otherwise, they will be used for 2k counters. OP07 Usopp's trigger effect is 1 of your Egghead Leader or Characters gains 2k power the end of your next turn. You mainly want to target your Leader, so we can have a 7k base Leader on your opponent's turn.
ST29 Robin and Jinbe has the exact same effect which is if your Leader is Luffy, play this card. The only difference is that you might want to hard play Robin because of the Blocker ability to stop your opponent's attacks. I know, it might not worth the cost considering we need to use 4 DONs to play a 2k Blocker.
The Supports
I've reverted back to the old stuff because of the new OP16 cards who has Trigger effects, which means OP13 Lilith will be our turn 1 play for the search. The effect works on play, look at top 4 cards of your deck, reveal 1 Trigger card except Lilith and add it to your hand. Then, place the rest at the bottom of your deck in any order. There are some non trigger cards in this build, so if you see all 4 of them, you will be unlucky. The trigger effect is activate this card's on play effect.
ST29 Sanji is our searcher for Straw Hats as some of the SH cards doesn't have trigger effect. The effect works on play, look at top 4 cards of your deck, reveal 1 SH card and add it to your hand. Then, place the rest at the bottom of your deck in any order. The trigger effect is you may trash 1 card from your hand to play this card.
100 Times Stronger has 2 effects depending on what you need. The main effect is that your Luffy Leader gains Unblockable for the turn. This will be good if you have a full field, so you will have plenty of untap DONs to attach to your Leader. The counter effect is your Leader gains 3k power for the battle.
