To be honest, I am quite disappointed in the new WB Pirates support for Ace. Hopefully, OP17 for Whitebeard would change this build drastically as it would seems we are getting consecutive WB Pirates for red. What we know is that the red leader is Whitebeard, so the possibility of more WB Pirates will be pretty high, which is why those cards would work in this build.

How it Works?
A lot of cards in this build needs you to have 8k power Character in hand to work, which is why this deck has a lot of 8k power. Not to mention, we do have Ace Leader who can give Rush to Luffy or WB Pirates Characters which can make the deck a bit more aggressive.
You can run a bit of Events in the build, but the more 8k power Characters you have in hand, the higher of the chances to trigger their effects, which is why I am not running Events in this build as they could cost you from using some effects.
Reducing Costs
Here, we have 3 cards that can be played cheaply if we managed to meet their requirements. OP16 Luffy is a card that can be targeted with the Leader's effect. Luffy has 2 effects, the first effect is if your Leader includes Ace in their name and you have 6 or more DONs, reduce this card's cost in your hand by 2. Unfortunately, we do need to wait until we've got 6 DONs for this effect to work. The second effect works during your opponent's attacks, you may trash one 8k power Character from your hand, your Leader and this card's base power becomes 7k for the turn. This is not once per turn, but you mostly will only need to trigger this once, unless your opponent has way to reduce your Leader's power.
ST23 Uta is just a Blocker, and since we are mainly running 8k power Characters, you can easily trigger the effect. The effect is if you have a Character with 10k power or more, reduce this Character's cost in your hand by 4. What you can do is attach 2 DONs to 1 of your 8k power Character, and we would be able to play Uta for 2.
OP16 Thatch is another Blocker with the ability to reduce the cost from hand. The effect is if you have a Character with 8k power or more and includes WB Pirates type, reduce this card's cost in your hand by 3. This does cost 5 to play which is not cheap, but at least we have an 8k Blocker on the field compare to 4k.
Power Reducers
Not many power reducers in this build as we've lost Otama from the rotation. Ace, Sabo & Luffy is like a replacement, but Otama would still be better. The effect is an activate main, you may attach 1 active DON to your Leader or 1 of your Characters and trash this card, 1 of your opponent's Characters loses 3k power for the turn. The downside is that we can only attach active DONs and not rested DONs, but the power reducing will definitely be useful for our removals.
OP16 Whitebeard is a card that can work very well with our Leader's effect. Whitebeard has 2 effects, the first effect works during your turn, your Leader gains Double Attack and 2k power. We can also give this card Rush, so we can have a 10k beat stick to swing. The second effect works on play, you may reveal two 8k power Characters from your hand, 1 of your opponent's Characters loses 6k power for the turn. 6k power is a lot as we can take out high power beat sticks.
Searchers
Searchers will increase the chances to get the cards you need, especially getting an 8k power Character in your hand. OP13 Garp is a searcher we want to see in our opening hand. The effect works on play, if your Leader is Sabo, Ace or Luffy, look at top 4 cards of your deck, reveal one 3 cost or more card and add it to your hand. Then, place the rest at the bottom of your deck in any order. This shouldn't be difficult to hit as I'm not really running low costs in this build.
OP16 Ace is a card we want to have on the field and not just for the search effect. Ace has 2 effects, the first effect is all 8k power Character in your hand becomes 2k counter. This is very useful as the non counter could also get counter power, so running too many won't hurt your defence. The second effect works on play or on KO, look at top 5 cards of your deck, reveal 1 Luffy or 1 type including WB Pirates card and add it to your hand. Then, place the rest at the bottom of your deck in any order.
OP16 Moby Dick is a Stage card, but can be removed using the effect. Moby Dick has 2 effects, the first effect works on play, if your Leader is WB Pirates type, look at top 3 cards of your deck and add 1 card to your hand. Then, place the rest at the bottom of your deck in any order. This Stage lets you add any cards you want to your hand, and you won't need to reveal, giving hints to your opponents. The second effect is an activate main, you may trash this Stage to attach 1 rested DON to your Leader or 1 of your Characters.
Removals
Only 1 of our removal will be effective with our power reducers whilst the other is mainly for the other effect. OP16 Vista will be the one I am talking about. Vista has 2 effects, the first effect works on play, reveal one 8k power Character from your hand to draw 1 card. This is what I am mainly aiming for, the draw power. The second effect will require you to attach a DON to work, the effect works when attacking, KO up to 2 of your opponent's 2k base power or less Characters. Unfortunately, this card can only target base power.
ST15 Whitebeard is an 8k power Character which will work well with the style in this build. Whitebeard has 2 effects, the first effect works on play, attach 1 rested DON to your Leader or 1 of your Characters. If we can combine this with OP16 Whitebeard, our Leader could swing for 8k power with Double Attack. The second effect is an activate main, you may rest this Character to KO 1 of your opponent's 5k power or less. We will be losing an attack, but if you can get your power reducers going, then, we can start removing your opponent's beat sticks.
The Supports
The rest of the support will be very simple. OP16 Oars would only work best if you have a WB Pirates with an 8k power or more on the field to bypass the restrictions and would have an 8k Blocker for 4. The effect is if you have no Characters including WB Pirates type and a cost of 8 or more, this card loses 4k power. Of course, you want to prioritise other cards, unless you desperately need Blockers on the field.
OP16 Marco is still the phoenix of the Character. Although, we do have 2 effects, the first effect is if 1 of your Characters would be removed by your opponent's effect, you may KO this Character instead. What's more, we do have an on KO effect for the second effect which is you may trash one 8k power Character from your hand to play this Character from your trash. This is not once per turn which is the same as the previous Marco for red, keeping the phoenix ability.
Lastly, OP09 Roger is mainly to go against Blockers, but we do have a Rush ability, so we can attack straight away as soon as Roger hits the field. The effect is when your opponent activates Blocker, if either you or your opponent has 0 Life cards, you win the game. This will be very effective when either players got 0 Life cards, and your opponents got Blockers on the field to protect the attacks.
