There were a lot of information and card reveals revealed on the Japanese channel, although, I am assuming most of the Events are Japan restricted, so we might not be able to see them here. Although, I am mainly after the card reveals which is not an unboxing video like the Japanese channel as this video is mainly showing the special arts.
Product Schedule
As you can see the release date are very close, but I do wonder what's PEB01. Maybe a reprint set? Although, being release in April means the start of a new rotation where Block 2 is rotated out, so I hardly doubt it be a reprint set, unless they reprint Block 3 and above.
I am not a big fan of this tight release schedule as it feels you don't have enough time to try stuff and a new set comes out, especially if you play multiple card games, you have other decks to focus rather than just OPCG itself.
Products
Looks like EB05 got a Gift Collection and just like the name, this is mainly good for collection unless you really want to get a playset of 1 of these cards for your deck. Then, you will need to buy it for single or trade the other arts with people. At least, this does come with sleeves.
We are also getting Illustration Box which releases in a month time. Maybe you could buy these as your Christmas present. Just like the Gift Collection, these are mainly for collectors rather than getting these cards to play, unless you really want a playset of 1 of these arts.
We can get a closer look of these cards and they are only mainly for specific decks and if you don't play either of these decks, would be pointless of getting this illustration box unless you want to sell the cards or get them as your collection.
Looks like ST38 will have more BW cards and it will be a mix of both blue and black looking at the side of the starter deck, which means, the current BW supports could go very well with the starter deck, unless the starter deck reprints some of the booster set cards.
This is the same with ST37 and it looks like we will be getting more Alabasta, and Alabasta is definitely needed as most of the old Alabasta cards have been rotated out in the format, so we desperately needed new cards that we can play for Alabasta deck. I know OP18 will have more supports for Alabasta and ST37 could have some reprinted cards.
EB06 will focus on East Blue and some of the East Blue decks like Krieg definitely needs a major power boost, so I am looking forward to see what cards will be in this set.
I am guessing more Egghead supports judging by the booster set, but the name means something else, and I doubt we would be seeing just Egghead.
No idea about this, but looks like we could make up our dream and everything will be drawn by Oda. Maybe draw Sabo rescue Ace during Marineford Arc.
