Not much of an update for EB02 Luffy, but we do have at least 2 cards we can use from the OP15 set. The rest of the build will be pretty much the same as the previous build where we are using the Straw Hats cards. I guess, this is not a cheap deck to put together as there are still a lot of pricey cards. Then again, EB02 Luffy was never cheap to play to begin with if you want to make it competitive.

How it Works?
We will be doing plenty of untapping as well as maintain 6 or less DONs so you could use cards like Mamaragan easily. It is also the reason why you don't want to run 7 cost or more SH Characters in this build as you won't be able to play those cards once you've reach 6 DONs, you want to maintain those 6 DONs, even though we can have 10.
There are more cards that returns DONs rather than ramp in this build. For this build specifically, ramp will hurt cards like Mamaragan, so you don't really want ramp. Sanji & Pudding will be enough for the only ramp card of the deck. You want to have DON managements, and beside, we do have some untap DONs in the build, so even with a few DONs, we could still play plenty of cards to field.
Searchers
There are plenty of searchers in this build so you can get a very specific card in hand more easily. EB02 Nami and PRB02 Nami has the same effect which works on play, look at the top 5 cards of your deck, reveal 1 SH card except Nami and add it to your hand. Then, place the rest at the bottom of your deck in any order. The only difference is that PRB02 Nami also has a trigger effect which can let us play this card for free.
ST18 Zorojuro is a nice 6k beat stick when can use on the field once we used the effect. The effect works on play, look at the top 5 cards of your deck, reveal purple 1 SH card and add it to your hand. Then, place the rest at the bottom of your deck in any order. The only downside is that we can only search for purple SH card so this will depends on what you've got in your hand.
Fight against Pirates is not a SH card, so none of our searchers will be able to add this card to our hand. The effect is look at the top 3 cards of your deck, reveal 1 SH card, Kid Pirates or Heart Pirates card and add it to your hand. Then, place the rest at the bottom of your deck in any order. The trigger effect is activate this card's main effect.
Untapping
We do have a lot of untapping, from DONs to Characters. We can also untap DONs with the Leader's effect, so we do have plenty of options. OP14 Nami is only a 2k Blocker, but we are mainly using this card for the effect. The effect works on play, rest up to 2 of your opponent's 8 cost or less Characters. Then, untap 5 DONs at the end of your turn. This would make room to use our Events during your opponent's turn, and won't be needing to use the Leader's effect.
OP15 Brook is 1 of the new cards from this set, and can be quite useful. Brook has 2 effects, the first effect works on play, rest 1 of your opponent's cards. The rest can target any cards we want, including Leader. The second effect is an activate main, you may trash this card, if your Leader is SH type, untap 1 of your 8 cost base or less Characters. This can target any cards we want in this build.
OP13 Luffy is another card that can untap our DONs as well as having the Double Attack ability on top. The main effect works on play, if your Leader is multicoloured, untap 4 of your DONs. Then, you cannot play 5 cost base or less Characters for the turn. This shouldn't matter too much as we have plenty of other cards you can play.
EB02 Luffy is one of the cards we could use Brook's effect on. Luffy has 2 effects, the first effect with require you to have a multicoloured Leader and your opponent needing 5 DONs to work to gain Rush. The second effect works when attacking, you may return 2 of your active DONs to your DON deck to untap this Character. Then, add the top Life card to your hand. Combined with Brook, we can easily make this card swing for 3 attacks in a turn, and of course, you do have the Leader's effect to get 2 active DONs.
Straw Hat Supports
The SH supports are simple. ST18 Usohachi is mainly for the 2k counter, as with this build, you would get 8 DONs, but would go back down to 6. I guess you could play Usohachi first before using cards that can return DONs. The effect works on play, if you have 8 or more DONs on the field, rest 1 of your opponent's 5 cost or less Characters.
PRB02 Luffy will be very effective against decks like purple Enel as that deck can't use more than 6 DONs, otherwise, we would need to play this card as soon as possible. The effect works during your turn and on play, if your Leader is multicoloured and your opponent has 7 or less DONs, your opponent rest 1 of their DONs at the start of their main phase. This could make your opponent 1 DON short to play their high cost Characters to the field.
Sanji & Pudding is the only ramp card of the deck, and would be useful as we are returning DONs constantly. Sanji & Pudding has 2 effects, the first effect works during your turn, when 2 or more DONs are returned to your DON deck, add 1 DON as active. This is not difficult to do if you plan on using Luffy's effect to return 2 DONs. The second effect works on play, if the number of DONs on your field is equal or less than than your opponent, draw 1 card.
OP07 Sanji is a 6k Blocker with an effect that can reduce this card's cost from hand. The effect is if the number of DONs on your field is at least 2 less than your opponents, reduce this card's cost by 3, allowing us to play Sanji using 3 DONs instead of the full 6 which will be very easy to do.
Events
We do have quite a variety of Events in this build as we can untap DONs, so some of these can use during your opponent's turn. Mamaragan is the reason why we want to maintain less DONs, and it is possible in this build thanks to the Leader's effect. The main effect is by returning 2 DONs, draw 1 card. Then, rest 1 of your opponent's 5k power or less Characters. The draw and rest can be useful. The counter effect is your Leader or 1 of your Characters gains 1k power for the battle. Then, if you have 6 or less DONs, draw 1 card. 1k power is not a lot, but the extra draw is definitely useful.
Giant is the best draw power as we don't need less DONs to draw like Magmaragan's counter effect. The counter effect is by returning 2 DONs from your field, you may trash 1 card from your hand, if your Leader is SH type, your Leader or 1 of your Character cards gains 4k power for the battle. Then, draw 2 cards.
I'll go all out from the very start is a useful card as we can stop some of your opponent's attacks, especially if we don't have any high cost beat stick in the build. The main effect is you may rest 2 DONs, up to 2 of your opponent's rested 7 cost Characters or less cannot become active during your opponent's next Refresh Phase. This will also save us some time in not attacking your opponent's Characters. The counter effect is your Leader gains 3k power for the battle.
Electrical Luna is another card that can stop your opponent's Characters, but usually, this card would work when your opponent has a board whilst From the Very Start works when there are 1 or 2 Characters. The effect is all of your opponent's rested 7 cost Characters or less cannot become active during your opponent's next Refresh Phase. The trigger effect is rest 1 of your opponent's Characters. This might be more useful than the main effect, but it does depends what your opponent has on the field.
