As we have 2 yellow Luffy who are in the rotation, I will need to write the card number, so people won't get confused in which one I will be talking about. Of course, ST29 Luffy has more changes compare to Sky Island Luffy as ST29 Luffy let us goes for any yellow builds we want, whilst Sky Island Luffy will apply some restrictions especially if we want to trigger the Leader's effect.

How it Works?
I can only cramp Characters in this build due to the lack of spaces thanks to BM Pirates engine, taking most of the slot. Events will be very difficult unless you either remove some of these cards or reduce the number in the deck. The deck will be the same where we rely on Big Mom to make our BM Pirates Characters into 8k beat stick. We do start with 6 Life cards, so unless your opponents will be rushing you, you would have plenty of time to get 10 DONs to play Big Mom to the field.
Life Gain
I know the Life gain cards are the same for non BM Pirate Leader, but they are good and will be hard to change until ban list hits. OP17 Smoothie is a card where you don't play this for 5 if you want the Life gain ability. The effect works on play and on your turn, you may rest 2 DONs to add the top card of your deck to top of your Life area. Then, your opponent trashes 1 card from their hand. It will cost you 7 DONs altogether. The trigger effect is play this card.
EB04 Kizaru will be definitely harder to use in this build because we start with 6 Life cards and not running any cards where we can reduce our Life area. The effect works on play, if you have 2 or less Life cards, add the top card of your deck to top of your Life area.
3 Sweet Generals is a card like Smoothie where you will need to pay a cost in order to get the Life gain. The effect works on play and on your turn, you may rest 2 DONs to draw a card and add the top card of your deck to top of your Life area. Then, up to 2 of your opponent's Characters loses 3k power for the turn. This will cost you 8 DONs altogether. The trigger effect is play this card.
OP16 Blackbeard is a great Life gain card for 8, especially when this deck is full of Trigger cards, so you want to hit those Trigger effects. The effect works on play, look at top 3 cards of your deck, add 1 card to top of your Life area. Then, place the rest at the bottom of your deck in any order. The trigger effect is negate the effect of 1 of your opponent's Characters this turn. Then, KO 1 of your opponent's 5 cost or less Characters.
OP17 Big Mom is the main card we want to have on the field, or the deck will not work. Big Mom has 2 effects, the first effect works on your turn, the base power of all your Trigger Characters with 4k base power becomes 8k. The second effect works on play, draw 1 card and choose one of the following, add the top card of your deck to top of your Life area, or your opponents add the top card of their Life area to the owner's hand.
Searchers
If you have seen Bonney build, I am running the exact same searchers for Luffy too because of the engine. OP17 Streusen is a card that let us search for BM Pirates, preferably Big Mom if you can as Lilith can search for the other cards. The effect works on play, look at top 3 cards of your deck, reveal 1 BM Pirates card and add it to your hand. Then, place the rest at the bottom of your deck in any order.
OP13 Lilith can only search for trigger cards which shouldn't cause too much of a problem. The effect works on play, look at top 4 cards of your deck, reveal 1 Trigger card except Lilith and add it to your hand. Then, place the rest at the bottom of your deck in any order. The trigger effect is activate this card's on play effect.
Trigger Characters
As the name suggests, these cards are for their Trigger effects as we don't want to hard play them from hand unless we have to. They all have 2k counter, so very useful for blocking attacks. OP17 Daifuku's trigger effect let us play this card. ST29 Robin and Jinbe has the exact same trigger effect which is if your Leader is Luffy, play this card, except Robin is also a Blocker, so you could hard play Robin if needed.
Free Play
2 cards where we can play Characters for free, however, both cards will need Big Mom on the field for the efficiency especially Perospero. OP17 Oven only works on KO, play one 4k power or less Character from your trash except Oven. This is very easy to trigger as you could even bait your opponents to try and attack Oven to work. The trigger effect is play this card.
OP17 Perospero must need Big Mom on the field to work as it won't be ideal to play this card without any way of powering up the power. The effect works on play and on your turn, play one 6 cost or less BM Pirates Character from your hand. Then, this Character gains Rush. As you know, not only we can play Characters for free, but this card can also gains Rush and we don't want to waste the Rush ability not letting Perospero to attack into anything. The trigger effect is play this card.
The Supports
The rest of the support will be very simple. OP17 Pudding will be the main draw power of the deck, to get the cards we need, especially Big Mom. The effect works on play, you may trash 1 Trigger card to draw 3 cards. The trigger effect is look at top 5 cards of your deck, reveal 1 BM Pirates card and add it to your hand. Then, place the rest at the bottom of your deck in any order.
OP13 Bonney is needed as I am running Egghead Leader as this can acts as an extra beat stick on top of Blackbeard and Big Mom. The effect works on play, if your Leader is Egghead, this Character gains Rush. Then, your opponent add the top Life card to their hand. Not only Bonney has Rush, but we can reduce your opponent's Life area which can be really effective if your opponent is on 2 or less Life cards. The trigger effect is if you have 1 or less Life cards, rest 1 of your opponent's 7 cost or less Characters.
