To be honest, the 1 card from PRB02 set is optional, but would provide extra defences thanks to being a Blocker, and Buggy is a build where we need at least 5 DONs to pop off, so having early Blockers on the field will be helpful. Of course, without that 1 card from PRB02, the cards from OP12 set will be enough for this build. I have slightly changed the build from the previous build, so it won't be pretty straightforward.
PRB02 Buggy |

Leader Character (40) Event (10) |
How it Works?
As you can see, I've removed the 1 drop Mr 3 because I am running 2 drop Mr 3 from PRB02 set, and 1 drop Mr 3 cannot search any Mr 3, just other CG Characters, and I am running the Cross Guild Event instead to search the cards. This way, it would also not collide with our costs on the field, since your opponents can easily leave the 1 drop Mr 3 on the field, forcing us to replace that card. It's also drawing that card at a bad time where we don't want to have low cost Character on the field.
Buggy Leader can play any CG Characters for 5 DONs, but it is because we are using 5 DONs, we want to target out 6 cost or higher CG Characters to fully make use of the effect as we can play the rest of the low costs easily. I've also added Sables to this build since the deck lacks removal, plenty of Blockers though to stop your opponent's attacks, but Blockers won't be enough if we don't stop your opponent's Characters.
Free Play
I have decided to remove promo Mihawk for this build as the requirements were a bit much to use the effect, so I'm using these 4 cards only as playing cards for free. It is still a nice number, especially combining with the Leader's effect. ST25 Buggy is the best replacement if we can't use our Leader effect as this cost 4 to use rather than waiting for 5 DONs. The effect is an activate main effect, you may trash 1 card from your hand and this Character, if your Leader is Buggy, play one 6 cost or less CG Character. The best thing about this effect is that he gets rid of himself, so we don't need to worry about 4 cost or less on the field.
OP09 Crocodile will allow use to play most of the cards in this build as we have plenty of low levels to choose from rather than getting the specific cards for the effect to work. The effect works on play, play up to one 5 cost or less CG or Character including BW from your hand. 5 cost or less shouldn't be difficult to trigger unless you are really unlucky with the hand.
Promo Buggy helps to slow your opponents down especially if they are playing a Rush deck. Promo Buggy has 3 effects, the first effect is that this card cannot attack. The second effect is if your Leader is Buggy, all 3 cost or 4 cost cannot attack. Most of our 4 costs in this build are Blockers, so we won't need to worry about attacking, plus some of them can become 5 costs if they meet the requirement, easily getting around this effect. The third effect works on play where you can play one 6 cost or less CG Character from your hand, exactly the same as ST25 Buggy.
Lastly Croc & Mihawk only works with our 4 cost or less Characters which is why I've increased the amount of 4 cost of less in the build. But we do have an additional effect that can protect our CG Characters. Croc & Mihawk has 2 effects, the first effect works on play, draw 2 cards and trash 1 card from your hand, then, play one 4 cost or less CG Character from your hand. The second effect works once per turn, if your CG Character would be removed from the field by your opponent's effects, you may trash 1 card from your hand instead. We will have to rely on the draw power to get cards into our hand.
Draw
We do have plenty of draw power in this build as we can get low hand size from all the discarding we will be doing. PRB02 Mr 3 is mainly use for the Blocker as the draw power on works against very specific decks. The effect is when this Character is rested by your opponent's effects, draw 2 cards. Not many decks would rest your cards, you will need to play against green or purple SH builds if you want your opponent to trigger this effect.
ST25 Mohji has a 2k counter we could use if we don't meet the requirements, which is extremely useful when we are discarding a lot of cards. The effect is if you have 2 or more base cost of 5 or more Characters, this Character gains +1 and Blocker ability. Thanks to the Blocker ability we can also trigger the on KO effect which is if your Leader is Buggy and you have 3 or less cards in hand, draw 1 card. This is not difficult to do as we will be discarding a lot of cards even if we are not using counters.
ST25 Alvida is another 4 drop and unfortunately, we have a similar requirements like Mohji where we need to have 2 or more base cost of 5 or more Characters to make this Character gains +1. What we also have is the on play effect, if your Leader is Buggy, draw 3 cards and trash 2 cards from your hand. It is only +1 card in your hand, but you could sometimes end up with cards you won't be needing on the field.
Of course, Mohji is not a strong Blocker, so any hits could KO Mohji with ease which is why OP09 Mihawk is a very strong Blocker. He is also 1 of the cards we can play using Buggy's effect whether it's the Character or the Leader. The effect works on play, draw 2 cards and trash 1 card from your hand. Just like Alvida, this is only +1 in your hand.
If you don't want any discarding when you draw cards since Mr 3 needs to be really specific to work, then Sanji's Pilaf is one of our best draw power to increase our hand size, especially when you can see this card in your Life area, so we don't need to pay 3 DONs to use the effect. The main effect is draw 2 cards. The trigger effect is activate this card's main effect.
Returning
Aside from Blockers from stopping your opponent's attacks, we do have some cards that can return your opponent's Characters. However, OP06 Pudding is different as we will be focusing on your opponent's hand size instead of the field. The effect works on play, your opponent returns all cards in their hand to their deck and shuffles their deck. Then, your opponent draws 5 cards. The only downside to Pudding is that we need to place this card with a higher cost so it won't hinder some of the card's effects who requires specific costs on the field to work.
10 drop Buggy is the best example, but we can play this 10 drop Buggy for 5 using our Leader's effect. Although, to maximise the effect, we would need a full field instead of playing him early. The effect works on play, place 1 of your opponent's Characters to the bottom of the owner's deck. Then, if you don't have 5 Characters with 5 cost or more, place this Character to the bottom of the deck. This is the reason why we mainly need 5 cost or more on the field rather than cards like Pudding.
Sables is a nice removal to use as it only cost 4 to play, which will leaves you 5 DONs to use the Leader's effect. The effect is return one 7 cost or less Characters to the owner's hand. This effect can also be our own cards if we need it, but otherwise, we want to use this against your opponent's Characters to reduce the amount of attacks they can do. The trigger effect is activate this card's main.
Cross Guild Supports
The CG supports is different than last time except I am still running our OP09 Cabaji for the 5 cost and having 2k counter to use, but the other 2 cards have changed. ST25 Mohji has the exact same requirements as Mohji, if you have 2 or more base cost of 5 or more Characters, this Character gains +1 and Blocker ability. The only difference will be the second ability that works during your opponent's turn, this Character gains 5k power, making Cabaji a 6k Blocker, compare to Mohji 1k Blocker.
OP09 Cabaji can only be removed by your opponent's effects which is important since Croc & Mihawk can protect Cabaji against those cards. The effect is if you have Buggy or Mohji Character, this Character cannot be KO'd by battle. This effect is important as we do need some high cost Characters to make the deck work, and your opponents constantly targeting your cards can be quite annoying.
Cross Guild is a searcher I replaced Mr 3 with simply because I am running PRB02 Mr 3. If PRB02 wasn't in the deck, then I would still keep the 1 drop in the build instead of Cross Guild. The effect is look at the top 4 cards of your deck, reveal 1 CG card and add it to your hand. Then, place the rest at the bottom of your deck in any order. On the bright side of this card is that we can search for any CG cards including itself to add to hand. The trigger effect is activate this card's main effect.
