OP12 Zoro has a small update from OP15 set, but the majority of the deck is still using OP14 and below as those cards supports Zoro build. I couldn't really max out some of the cards in Zoro build as I needed room for other cards and not all cards I want to run will be in this build. I think the deck would be better if we max out the main cards of the deck rather than cramping everything into the deck, but this is just my opinion.

Leader Character (44) Event (6) |
How it Works?
This is a low cost Zoro build as we want to use the extra DONs to power up Zoro Leader and make Zoro attack twice per turn whilst taking out your opponent's Characters and hitting their Leader. It is a very straight forward combo deck, just attaching DONs to your Leader and swing at your opponent's Characters.
Attaching DONs
Attaching DONs will be very important for this build as we need at least 3 DONs attach to Zoro Leader, so these cards can play some roles in the build. OP15 Arlong is one of the new card from the OP15 set and Arlong has 2 effects. The first effect works on KO, up to 2 of your opponent's rested cards will not become active during your opponent's next Refresh Phase. This can stop any cards if your opponent decided to KO this card. The second effect is an activate main, once per turn, you may attached 1 of your opponent's rested DONs to 1 of their Characters. Then, attach 1 DON from the owner's area to their Leader or 1 of their Characters.
OP12 Kuina is a bit risky as once we use her effect, she can easily becomes an attack target because of the 1k base power. The effect is an activate main, you may rest this Character to rest 1 of your opponent's base cost of 4 or less Characters. Then, attach up to 3 rested DONs to your Zoro Leader.
OP12 Tashigi can only be used once per card, but we do have a card that can return Tashigi and use the effect again. The effect works on play, rest 1 of your opponent's base cost of 6 or less Characters. Then, attach up to 3 rested DONs to your Zoro Leader.
Rest
Combine with Kuina and Tashigi, we don't really have much rest effects, but they are enough as your opponent will need to attack with their Characters. OP15 Mihawk will only work if you have Arlong on the field, otherwise, you would have a 2k counter. The effect works on play, rest 1 of your opponent's Characters with an attached DON. Only Arlong can attach your opponent's DONs to their Characters, which is why we need to use Arlong first on the field.
Dead Man's Game is an Event that we could use the main effect or the counter effect depending on what you need. The main effect is you may rest 3 DONs to rest up to total of 2 of your opponent's Characters or DONs. This will only cost you 4 to play altogether. The counter effect is your Leader gains 3k power for the turn.
Untapping
We do have some untapping involve, and some of these cards let us untap DONs which will allow us to play more cards. OP12 Zoro has 2 effects, the first effect works on play, if your Leader is FILM or SH type, untap 2 DONs. The second effect works at the end of your turn, untap this Character. This would be very useful as it prevents your opponents from attacking into your Characters.
EB01 Cavendish works great as we can untap DONs as long as he is on the field. The effect works on play or when attacking, if your Leader is SN type and you have no other Cavendish on the field, you can untap 2 DONs. The only downside is that we can only play 1 Cavendish on the field, but having this card on the field can make a huge difference.
Become the Pirate King is our main Event and works especially well with Zoro's effect. The main effect is set 1 of our Zoro Leader as active. We can attach rested DONs to our Leader, so it will only leave untap DONs to use this Event. The trigger effect is your Leader or 1 of your Characters gains 1k power for the turn.
Free Play
The 2 cards that can let us play Characters for free, easily filling up the field. ST12 Mihawk would be out of rotation next year, so this deck might not be as effective without this card. The effect works on play, if you have 2 or less Characters, play one 4 cost or less Muggy Kingdom or Slash attribute Character except Mihawk from your hand rested. There are plenty of Slash Characters we can play in this build as we are mainly running Slash Characters, but it does depends on which one you would play.
OP13 Law is very useful as we can bounce a lot of cards back to hand like ST12 Mihawk and use Mihawk for the 2k counter. Law has 2 effects, the first effect is if you have 1 or less Life cards, this Character gains Blocker. The second effect works on play, you may return 1 of your Characters to the owner's hand to play one 5 cost or less Characters from your hand rested. This effect can expand many on play combos like OP12 Tashigi, the choices will depend on what have you got in your hand.
Preventing
I am running 2 cards who can actually prevent your opponent's effects, making it more annoying for your opponents. OP12 Koushiro being a Slash Character means we can search this card out with our searchers. He is only a 1k Blocker, but I am aiming for the main effect. The effect is if your 5 cost or less Slash attribute Characters would be KO'd by your opponent's effects, you may rest this card instead.
OP10 Tashigi works against removal effects whilst Koushiro only works against KO effects, plus, this is a mono green build in which Tashigi's effect will be active easily. The effect is if you have a green Character except Tashigi would be removed by your opponent's effects, you may rest this Character instead. This would means your opponent will need to target this card first before they can target our other cards if they want to use a removal effect.
Searchers
These searchers will be able to search out most of the cards in this deck as I am mainly running Slash Characters. OP12 Perona works on play, if your Leader have the Slash attribute, look at top 5 cards of your deck, reveal up to 1 Slash attribute Character or 1 green Event and add it to your hand. Then, place the rest at the bottom of your deck in any order.
OP12 Hiyori works similar to Perona, but of course, only works in Zoro build. The effect is an activate main effect, by paying 1 DON and resting the Character, if your Leader is Zoro, look at top 5 cards of your deck, reveal up to 1 Slash attribute Character or 1 green Event and add it to your hand. Then, place the rest at the bottom of your deck in any order. Hiyori can be our constant searcher, but being a 0 base power, your opponent can easily KO this card.
