For ST29 Luffy, we are missing EB03 which is an important set for this deck as most of the Straw Hat cards are from EB03. For the Egghead stuff, that will be in OP15 set where we will get the yellow EB04 cards. We will have to make use of the cards for the current build as EB03 set is not long away to the set comes out.

How it Works?
I've kept the build, SH/Egghead theme so we can search out the cards easily with some of the searchers. You do have plenty of Life gain and we do start with 6 Life cards, so those Life gain cards will feel like endless when your opponent tries to hit your Leader. This deck will just be swinging as well as get to activate some of the removal cards to try and reduce your opponent's field.
Life Gain
There's nothing wrong with adding more Life gain to the build as the Leader's effect is not as important as it doesn't really change the game around. So you want to annoy the opponents by making your deck gain as much Life cards as possible, so your opponents will need endless attacks. OP06 Kiku is a card that's very situational, but the effect can put pressure against your opponents if needed. The effect works on KO, if your opponent has 3 or less Life cards, add 1 card from top from top of your deck to top of the Life area. 3 is not difficult to trigger unless your opponent's Leader starts with 5 Life cards. The trigger effect is if your opponent has 3 or less Life cards, play this card.
OP12 Kuma is one of our main Life gain card as this only cost 6 to play compare to the other Life gain. Kuma has 2 effects, the first effect works on play, you may trash 1 card from your hand, add the top card of your deck to top of your Life area. Then, this Character gains +2 cost until the end of your opponent's turn. The +2 cost doesn't really matter for this build as we mainly want the Life gain ability. The second effect works during your opponent's turn and on KO, add the top card of your deck to top of your Life area. If you have both Kiku and Kuma on the field, it will make your opponent think twice before attacking into these Characters.
Life Cards Removal
The 2 cards who can remove your opponent's Life cards so we can force counters from your opponent's hand a lot earlier than they want. OP10 Kid has 2 effects, the first effect work on play, you may rest this Character to trash the top card of your opponent's Life area. This is not bad as Kid will have summon sickness anyway. The only problem is that he can easily be the target of attack.
OP13 Bonney is a nice edition thanks to Luffy being Egghead type, so we can run this card in the build along with Kid for double Life removal. The effect works on play, if your Leader is Egghead, this Character gains Rush. Then, your opponent add the top Life card to their hand. Unlike Kid who can trash your opponent's Life cards, Bonney let your opponents add that Life card to the hand. On the bright side, we do have Rush, so this would forces your opponents to use counters early if their Life cards are low.
Removals
We have plenty of removals to stop your opponent's attacks. OP11 Zeus is great in this build as we start with 6 Life cards, so losing that 1 Life card is not too important, especially if we have some Life gain in the build. The effect works on play, you may add the top or bottom card of your Life area to your hand to KO 1 of your opponent's 5 cost or less Characters. If you can't use Zeus effects, that won't matter as we've got 2k counter which is nice for defence.
OP08 Nami is really useful in this build as we've got quite a few Trigger cards in the build where we can feed for Nami's effect. The effect works on play, you may trash 1 trigger card from your hand to KO 1 of your opponent's 5 cost or less Characters. Then, if you have 3 or less Life cards, draw 1 card. The extra draw can be useful, but that's only if we have low hand size.
OP07 Luffy only works when we have low health, but I am running him because he is a Straw Hat as well as having a trigger ability, which 2 of our searchers can search him out. Beside, I am running Zeus in the build where we can reduce our Life area if we want to trigger Luffy's effect. The effect is an activate main effect, you may trash this Character, if you have 2 or less Life cards, KO 1 of your opponent's 4 cost or less Characters, then, draw 1 card. This will be all about timing of when you would be using this effect.
Searchers
We have 2 different searchers for this deck and both of them search for different cards. OP13 Lilith works on play, look at top 4 cards of your deck, reveal 1 Trigger card except Lilith and add it to your hand. Then, place the rest at the bottom of your deck in any order. There are some non Trigger cards in this build, so you might be unlucky if those cards ended up in the top 4 cards of your deck. The trigger effect is activate this card's on play effect.
ST29 Sanji is mainly to search for Straw Hats which is mainly the base of the deck. The effect works on play, look at top 4 cards of your deck, reveal 1 SH card and add it to your hand. Then, place the rest at the bottom of your deck in any order. Just like Lilith, not all cards in this build are SH until we get EB03 set here, so you can hit and miss. The trigger effect is you may trash 1 card from your hand to play this card, just like the old yellow trigger effects.
Trigger Characters
The cards where we want to hit their trigger effects as they are mainly vanillas, except Robin who is a Blocker, but doesn't have any additional effects. What I like about these cards is that they have 2k counter, so if they do end up in your hand, you could use them for defence. ST29 Robin is a 2k Blocker with a trigger effect which is if your Leader is Luffy, play this card.
OP07 Franky on the other hand is mainly for the draw power, but if you can meet all the requirements of the effect, you could have a beat stick on the field. The effect is draw 1 card, then, if you have 1 or less Life cards, play this card. We do have some Life gains and also start with 6 Life cards, so being able to play this card will requires some lucky.
ST29 Jinbe on the other hand is a card I won't play for 6 since this is just a 5k vanilla. For 6 drop, you might as well play Kuma who gives you more benefits, unless you really need a beat stick on the field. The trigger effect is the exact same as Robin which is if your Leader is Luffy, play this card.
Straw Hat Supports
For the rest of the supports, we've got these 2 cards. ST29 Zoro is a nice 8k beat stick for 6, but we have Rush Character, so this card can only attack Characters on the turn he is played, and we would mainly have to target rest Characters. The effect is an activate main, you may trash 1 Trigger card to draw 1 card and give 1 rested DON to your Leader or 1 of your Characters. The rested DON could be useful as we could gain more power when we attack.
100 times Stronger Now is an Event with a main and a counter effect. The main effect is only effective if you give more power to your Leader. The effect is your Luffy Leader gains Unblockable for the turn, so your opponents won't be able to use any Blockers. The counter effect is your Leader gains 3k power for the battle.
