As you know, Zoro is not the only Leader who could gain benefits from ST32 deck, as Mihawk also gets the upgrade too, considering these 2 Leaders have the similarity which will be using Slash engine. Although, for Mihawk, I have also added a different engine to this build along with Slash, considering the cards from the ST32 deck.
ST32 Mihawk |

Leader Character (37) Event (11) Stage (2) |
How it Works?
I am running the Wano engine along with Slash considering most of the Wano Characters has the Slash attribute, so Perona will be able to search for those cards as well. You will mainly be untapping DONs with your Leader's effect, but once you use your Leader's effect, you will be locked out of the Characters, which is why I am running plenty of Events we can use.
Prevention
There are plenty of cards in this build who can stop your opponent's Characters from attacking. ST32 Oden is a great addition to this build as we have the Wano type and Slash attribute. The effect works on play, draw 1 card and 1 of your opponent's 6 cost base or less Characters cannot be rested until the end of your opponent's turn. The extra draw power will also be very useful as we need all the draw power we can.
I am running OP14 Perona because of ST32 Mihawk who can also play Perona for free, and Perona effect is very useful during the early turns. Perona has 2 effects, the first effect works on play, up to 2 of your opponent's 5 cost or less Characters cannot be rested until the end of your opponent's turn. The second effect works on KO, you may rest 1 of your cards to play 1 green 5 cost or less Character from your hand. You will have untap DONs when you use your Leader's effect, otherwise, you can also choose to rest 1 of your Characters.
OP14 Mihawk is a nice 9 drop for 10k beat stick, but he does cost 9 to play which is the only reason why I am not running more. Mihawk has 2 effects, the first effect works during your turn, when this Character becomes rested, 1 of your opponent's 9 cost or less cannot be rested until the end of your opponent's turn. You can use your Leader's effect to rest Mihawk so we can trigger the effect, but that is only if you play Mihawk on the same turn. Otherwise, the effect can be triggered when we attack. The second effect works during your opponent's attacks, once per turn, you may trash 1 card from your hand, your Leader or 1 of your Characters gains 2k power for the battle. This will be useful as you can discard some non counters for the power.
Law & Bepo is another card I didn't want to run maximum copies because of the high cost, since you also got Mihawk in the build. But more importantly, it will also require the right timing to play this card so we can get the full effect. The effect works on play, rest 1 of your opponent's Characters and that Character cannot become active during your opponent's next Refresh Phase. Then, if your opponent has 2 or more rested Characters, your Leader gains 2k power until the end of your opponent's turn. You will need 2 or more rested Characters to get the power bonus, and if Mihawk is also on the field, your Leader will be pretty safe from your opponent's attacks.
I'll Go All Out is like OP14 Perona, but we can target higher cost Characters, giving you more options in stopping your opponent's attacks. The main effect is you may rest 2 DONs, 2 of your opponent's rested 7 cost or less Characters will not become active during your opponent's next Refresh Phase. This will cost 3 altogether in order to stop 2 of your opponent's beat sticks. The counter effect is your Leader gains 3k power for the turn.
Untapping
There are not many untapping involve in this deck as I wanted to have room for other cards. OP14 Kiku is one of the key card in this build as we want to have Kiku on the field for the rest target. The effect works at the end of your turn, untap this Character. This will means we will have at least 1 rest target to choose from unless your opponent want to get rid of this game.
Coffin Boat is a card I've decided to keep since the effect is still very useful, especially if you used your Leader's effect. Coffin Boat has 2 effects, the first effect works on play, if your Leader is Mihawk, draw 1 card. The second effect works at the end of your turn. If your Leader is Mihawk, untap 1 of your DONs. This can give you more stuff to work with rather than relying on just the Leader's effect.
Draw
We do have a few draw power cards, but the others have combined with an additional effect, whereas these 2 cards focus on draw power alone. ST32 Kin'emon works on play, you may rest your Slash attribute Leader or 1 of your DONs to draw 2 cards and trash 1 card from your hand. You do mainly want to rest DON cards as we can untap DONs, but not the Leader.
You Can Be My Samurai is still in the rotation, and work very well with OP14 Kiku. The effect is you may rest 2 of your Characters to draw 2 cards. The reason why you want to target Kiku is that Kiku can untap themselves at the end of the turn, so your opponent won't be able to swing at Kiku, and we will be set up for other effects. Of couse, you can also use this with your other 1 drop Characters in this build.
Free Play
The 2 main cards who can play our Characters for free as well as both cards being Slash attribute. ST32 Mihawk will work in a lot of build, considering the Slash engine is really big for green. Mihawk has 2 effects, the first effect works during your turn, when this Character becomes rested, draw 1 card and trash 1 card from your hand. This would work with your Leader's effect just like OP14 Mihawk. The second effect works on play, if your Leader has the Slash attribute, play one 5 cost or less Perona or Slash attribute from your hand. This is also why I am running 5 cost Perona in the build as Mihawk can also play her for free.
OP13 Law is not that important since Mihawk took the important role of playing 5 cost Characters. But can be a good back up option if you don't draw Mihawk. Law has 2 effects, the first effect is if you have 1 or less Life cards, this Character gains Blocker. The second effect works on play, you may return 1 of your Characters to the owner's hand to play one 5 cost or less Characters from your hand rested. As you know, we play our Characters at rest, so they will become an attack target if we don't choose the right ones.
Rest
Rest hasn't become a big deal in this deck, although, we haven't got a proper rest effect that could work in this build except Dead Man's Game. ST32 Zoro is a Slash Character which can be searched to our hand for the 2k counter. We do have a Rush Character ability, but might be difficult to use on beat sticks and only on low power Characters. The effect works on play, if your Leader has the Slash attribute, rest 1 of your opponent's 2 cost or less Characters.
Dead Man's Game will be very useful as we will be untapping DONs with the Leader, locking out from playing Characters this turn. The main effect is you may rest 3 DONs to rest up to total of 2 of your opponent's Characters or DONs. This will cost you 4 DONs altogether when you can only untap 3 DONs with the Leader's effect, so you will need to save an extra DON if you want to use the main effect. The counter effect is your Leader gains 3k power for the battle.
The Supports
The rest of the supports in this build will be the searchers and 1 more Event. OP07 Otama is a searcher for Wano cards, but there are not a lot of Wano in this build, so you could hit and miss with the search. The effect works on play, look at top 5 cards of your deck, reveal 1 green Wano card except Otama, and add it to your hand. Then, place the rest at the bottom of your deck in any order.
OP12 Perona is our main searcher in this build as Perona will be able to search for most of the cards in this deck, whilst Otama is just a back up. The effect works, on play, if your Leader have the Slash attribute, look at top 5 cards of your deck, reveal up to 1 Slash attribute Character or 1 green Event and add it to your hand. Then, place the rest at the bottom of your deck in any order.
Trichiliocosm works best during the late game where we have plenty of cards rested to make the full use of the effect, so you don't really want to see this card in your hand during the early turns. The counter effect is your Leader or 1 of your Characters gains 2k power for the battle. Then, if you have 8 or more rested cards, that card gains another 2k power, making the grand total of 4k for 1 cost. As you can see, we need 8 or more rested cards to work which is not difficult, but it is better to get as much rested cards as possible. The trigger effect is KO 1 of your opponent's 3 or less rested Characters.
