I think this will be an obvious update for Robin build, but you could add more new cards from OP16. I've also tried to cramp as much as possible for Robin as there are quite a lot of cards that could go very well with this build. You don't have to focus on trigger cards fully, but there will be a higher chance if you do as we could pull off the ramp.

Leader Character (46) Event (4) |
How it Works?
I've tried to cramp as much as possible for this deck and there are some cards I've didn't add because of the room. Although, what we mainly want is to use our Leader's effect to get the ramp, so we could play our high cost Characters as soon as possible.
What I do like is that some of the cards can be used as a discard fodder for the Leader's effect, especially the TB Pirates engine, so we can play those Characters from the trash. Although, you don't have a lot of draw power for this build which will be the downside if you have been focusing on the ramp.
Life Gain
You do have plenty of Life gain cards as we also want to trigger the trigger effects in this build. OP06 Kiku is the only Life gain card that needs your opponent to target this card for the Life gain. Although Kiku is a Trigger card, so we can discard this card for the ramp if we need to. The effect works on KO, if your opponent has 3 or less Life cards, add the top card of your deck to top of your Life area. The trigger effect is if your opponent has 3 or less Life cards, play this card.
OP15 Zoro is a card that I don't really want to run a lot for the build as we have a lot of discarding involve, especially from the Leader's effect. Only works best if the build has plenty of draw power which this deck doesn't have. The effect works on play, you may trash 1 card to add the top card of your deck to top of your Life area. Combined with your Leader's effect, you will be discarding 2 cards for the turn.
EB04 Kizaru works very well in this build as we only start with 4 Life cards, easily meeting Kizaru requirements. The effect works on play, if you have 2 or less Life cards, add the top card of your deck to top of your Life area. Although, this effect won't be handy if you are constantly playing your Life gain cards to gain more Life cards.
EB03 Robin is an obvious choice because our Leader is a Straw Hat, so we can easily make use of the effect. Robin has 2 effects, the first effect works on play, you may trash the top card of your Life area, if your Leader is SH type, add up to 2 cards from top of your deck to top of your Life area. Of course, we want to hit the maximum 2 as this is a trigger effect deck. The second effect also works during your opponent's turn and on KO, you may deal 1 damage to your opponent.
OP16 Blackbeard is the only new card I have added to the build and being a Trigger card means we can discard this card if we can't play Blackbeard early. The effect works on play, look at top 3 cards of your deck, add 1 card to top of your Life area. Then, place the rest at the bottom of your deck in any order. There are plenty of trigger cards you can choose for this effect. The trigger effect is also very good as it can act as a removal which is negate the effect of 1 of your opponent's Characters this turn. Then, KO 1 of your opponent's 5 cost or less Characters.
Removals
For the removal, we've got these cards. 1 of them doesn't have a Trigger ability but the effect is useful. OP10 Hawkins is mainly used for the trigger effect as we want more draw power, but the main effect can put pressure against your opponents. The effect works on KO, trash the top card of your opponent's Life area. Of course, if your opponent has 0 Life cards, then, this effect is useless. The trigger effect is draw 2 cards and trash 1 card from your hand. This will be useful as we can get the cards more easily.
EB03 Nami can put a bit of pressure, especially when your opponents doesn't want Banish keyword to hit your opponent's Life area. Nami has 2 effects, the first effect works on play, attach 1 rested DON to your Leader. Then, if your opponent has 3 or more Life cards, add the top card of your opponent's Life area to their hand. The attaching DONs will also be useful, as it can also make our Leader to swing with more power. The second effect works on KO, you may turn the top card from your Life area face up to play one 6k power or less Character from your hand.
OP14 Rayleigh will work well with Nami as Nami will be able to reduce your opponent's Life area, meeting Rayleigh requirements. The effect works on play, if your Leader is multicoloured and your opponent has 3 or less Life cards, KO 1 of your opponent's 7k base power or less Characters. 3 or less is not difficult to do with the cards we have and 7k power is a big target to select. The trigger effect is activate this card's on play effect.
Thriller Bark Pirates Supports
TB Pirates engine is the best support as we have ways to send some of these cards to the trash without the need to use the counters. Kumacy, Perona and Dr Hogback has the exact same trigger effect which is play one 4 cost or less TB Pirates Character from your trash rested. You mainly want to target Perona or Dr Hogback with this effect. Dr Hogback only works on KO, play one 4 cost or less and a Trigger Character except Dr Hogback from your trash. There's not a lot of choices for 4 cost or less with Trigger effects, but you can play Olvia to power up your Leader, making your opponents needing more power to hit your Leader.
Perona works on play or on KO, 1 of your opponent's 6 cost or less Characters cannot attack until the end of your opponent's turn. This will be able to stop your opponent's attacks, especially if you can play Perona at the right time, you don't want to play Perona when your opponent's attacks are ending.
Moria can be used as an extra Life gain or to fill up your field depending on what you need. The effect works on play, select one 4 cost or less TB Pirates Character from your trash and play it or add it to top of your Life area face up. However, what I am aiming for is the trigger effect which is the key aim for this build. The trigger effect is play one 4 cost or less from your trash. We could play cards like OP15 Zoro and get the Life gain effect again, so your opponents will need more attacks to reduce our Life area.
The Staples
The rest of the build will be really simple as these cards will be the main staples for the deck. Olvia is very useful, especially since Dr Hogback or Moria who will be able to play this card from the trash and power up your Leader. The effect works on play, 1 of your Robin Leader gains 3k power for the turn. The trigger effect is if your Leader is Robin, draw 3 cards and trash 2 cards.
OP12 Baby 5 is our main draw power of the deck, so we really want this card in our Life area to work in order to increase the hand size. The trigger effect is if your Leader is multicoloured, draw 2 cards. Hopefully, if you play Blackbeard, you could set up Baby 5 in your Life area.
Lastly, I am only running Giant in the build as our Leader is a Straw Hat, and we also have the ramp, so the cost of this card doesn't matter even during the early turns. The counter effect is by returning 2 DONs, you may trash 1 card from your hand, if your Leader is SH type, your Leader or 1 of your Characters gains 4k power for the battle. Then, draw 2 cards.
