DIGIMON LIBERATOR Climax Special!

 

Quite a few information have been revealed in this video. Although, the main talk of the show is Liberators, and how the Characters have the card versions. However, I am only interested in the card reveal, and we have 2 cards revealed today. I think it make sense if we are going to need them for DNA digivolving.

Cards

The first card revealed is WG, and as you can guess, this card could work with DNA Omnimon. However, we shouldn't forget that the inherited also works with WarGreyX. Although, if we do combined with WGX, we can easily delete 2 of your opponent's Digimon thanks to WGX with this inherited effect.

Anyway, the main effect is simple Raid Piercing combo which can be deadly if we raise enough DP for WG to take out any Digimon we want. There are 3 effects, first effect works on play or when digivolving which is a simple delete effect. Of course, if we are hard playing, we won't get as much DP bonus to target your opponent's high DP Digimon.

But we do have the second effect, and the second effect would work if we are running more than 2 colours in the build, like DNA Omni build. The more different colour Tamers we can get, the better, and if you have at least 3, we do have Security Attack +1. 

Lastly, the final effect let 1 of our Digimon attack. If we are building up a stack, you kinda want WG to attack, so we can also hit that Raid and Piercing keyword together, removing your opponent's Digimon.

We also have Melga. Just like previous Melga, we have Blocker and Evade, but what I am surprised about is the main effect. The main effect works on play, when digivolving or when attacking, you delete 1 of your opponent's Lv5 or less Digimon, then 1 of your opponent's Digimon or Tamers can't suspend until the end of their turn. Basically combining 2 colours with 1 effect. Just like WG, we need more different colour Tamers on the field for the effect to be very effective. The second effect basically lets you attack with this card even though we have the Blocker ability. I guess is just multi attack like other Melga cards, but we can also set Blocker active during your opponent's turn.

The inherited effect is pretty much like WG where the card works with MelgaX and not just Omimon build. But we only stop 1 of your opponent's Digimon or Tamer from suspending which would be great as we can stop Tamers from attacking, but we do need other cards to make full use of the effect.

Evolution Cup

For me, prizes with just these cards is disappointing, but I guess if you are a fan of Vemmon, this could be for you. The AA cards for Zenith, Ragnarok Cannon and Destromon.
