[One Piece Card Information Bureau] EB03 ONE PIECE Heroines Edition more Card Reveals

 

For the amount of cards revealed, this video is pretty short. Then again, maybe it is just me who thinks this video is short. The title was hard to come up with since we've got a few SRs revealed in this video, but it wasn't all the SR cards from this set, as we also got some rares revealed. It also looks like as the name suggest, it will be an all female Characters set, I thought it would be mainly to support the females Leaders, but being a female set turns out even better for waifu builds.

Uta

Red Character (EB03-003)

5 Cost / 7000 Power (Special)

FILM

[On Play] If your Leader is [Uta], draw 2 cards. Then, play up to 1 Character with 6000 power or less and no base effect from your hand.

Looks like we will be running some vanillas for Uta build, although you can run this card for the draw power ignoring the second part of the effect. But, this is an effect that can put extra body on the field, so I wouldn't really ignore this effect is we can get more attacks for the next turn as well as filling up the field.

Carrot is okay, if only we've got ways to bounce this card back to hand and play her again. At least we get to play our Stage card to the field. Well she is another removal, so I guess we have to take it since Minks build doesn't really have that much removals as well as cards that can slow your opponent's attacks.

I'm actually confused with the effect unless I've translated this card wrong. But this is not a great card for a SR as we are restricted after we used Vivi's effect. Even OP12 Mihawk was better than this card as Mihawk only restricts high cost Characters, but we can still play Characters to the field. I guess we've got Vivi Leader effect where we can give that Character rush.

Now we have the young Big Mom, and this is the Character design that never make sense for me. She went from a big baby to thin, then back to big when she was old. Other Characters didn't have this kind of glow up before. Anyway, I am actually like this effect, especially if we mix with trigger effects, stacking those trigger effects if we can put them to the Life area. I am thinking of running her in P/Y Crocodile build who can make use of Okama Way to redirect the attacks to KO her and trigger the Life gain ability.

Koala

More support for Koala Leader, and not only that, we can bring back Characters from the trash. I will take this especially if it's a win win situation, if your opponents KO this card, we get to bring out another Character, maybe Kuma, and Kuma could get that extra Life gain so we could survive 1 more attack. Plus if they do KO Kuma, we could gain another Life gain, all during your opponent's turn. I can see plenty of choices you can choose with Koala's on KO effect.

I am beginning to see more of opponent's turn with on KO effect as this feels like the norm now. It does makes the card more balance rather than being on KO effect as your opponents will need to hope for trigger effects to remove this card during your turn. The on play effect is also pretty good as we are technically only +1 card in the Life area, but we get to increase the chances of getting trigger effects if we are lucky enough. The on KO effect is just free damage, and that would make your opponent think twice before swing into this card to reduce your field.
