Mihawk got another update from the green cards that were shown for OP17. Only 1 or 2 cards update, but I have changed the build again to suit the new cards in the build. ST32 stuff will still be relevant, but you won't need as much of the cards with the way this deck is built.
OP17 Mihawk |

Leader Character (38) Event (10) Stage (2) |
How it Works?
I've still kept the Wano support as the Wano stuff will be your main draw with Kin'emon and You can be my Samurai to get as much cards as possible. Although, not much Slash Characters in this build this time because of the new RH Pirates stuff. Yasopp will work really well with your Leader or Law's effect as you can untap himself, so your opponent won't be able to swing into this card and we've got Shanks who is definitely very strong for green decks if you have the room to fit him in.
Prevention
The cards are mostly the same as my previous build as these cards are very good at stopping your opponents from attacking. ST32 Oden being Wano and Slash will be useful when you use your searchers. The effect works on play, draw 1 card and 1 of your opponent's 6 cost base or less Characters cannot be rested until the end of your opponent's turn.
OP14 Perona is a strange one, you can replace this card with OP07 Bonney if you need to, but since we can untap DONs, Perona's second effect might come in handy. The first effect works on play, up to 2 of your opponent's 5 cost or less Characters cannot be rested until the end of your opponent's turn. You can only target 5 costs or less which is not much, but at least you can target Blockers and don't need to target rested Characters. The second effect works on KO, you may rest 1 of your cards to play 1 green 5 cost or less Character from your hand. I am running plenty of 5 cost or less you could play if you managed to pull off the KO's effect.
I'll Go All Out can only work against rested Characters, so you want to rely on the rest effects. The main effect is you may rest 2 DONs, 2 of your opponent's rested 7 cost or less Characters will not become active during your opponent's next Refresh Phase. This will cost 3 altogether in order to stop 2 of your opponent's beat sticks. The counter effect is your Leader gains 3k power for the turn.
Electrical Luna can target your opponent's field, but that is if your opponent decided to play low cost rush against you, otherwise, I'll Go All Out is mainly enough. The main effect is all of your opponent's rested 7 cost or less Characters will not become active during your opponent's next Refresh Phase. The trigger effect is rest 1 of your opponent's Characters.
Rest
There are 2 cards with rest effect, so you don't have to wait for your opponents to attack to activate the Events that targets rested Characters. OP17 Yasopp works very well with Law and the Leader's effect. The first effect works on play, draw 1 card and rest 1 of your opponent's 8 cost or less Characters. The second effect works at the end of your turn, untap 1 type including RH Pirates Character. We don't have much RH Pirates Characters, but thanks to this effect, you could constantly have Yasopp untap once you rest him with an effect.
OP17 Shanks is very strong. The card may cost 10 to play, but the effect really helps, especially combined with the Leader's effect to untap more DONs. Shanks has Rush ability as well, so we can attack instantly as soon as he hits the field. The effect works on play, untap 2 of your DONs. Then, rest all of your opponent's Characters. Thanks to the untapping 2, if you combine this with the Leader's effect to untap 3, you could use cards like Electrical Luna to stop your opponent's Characters for the turn and not worry about Blockers.
Draw
There are plenty of draw power in this build as they mainly have combined effects. But 2 of these cards are our main draw power. ST32 Kin'emon works on play, you may rest your Slash attribute Leader or 1 of your DONs to draw 2 cards and trash 1 card from your hand. You do want to target DONs as our Leader can attack unless it cannot hit a card.
You Can Be My Samurai will be very useful with your 1 cost Characters as we don't care if your opponent swings into those cards as they only have on play effects. The effect is you may rest 2 of your Characters to draw 2 cards. You can also target Yasopp as Yasopp can untap at the end of your turn.
Coffin Boat is the main card you want to target with the Leader's effect as well as the effect can be useful for this build. Coffin Boat has 2 effects, the first effect works on play, if your Leader is Mihawk, draw 1 card. The second effect works at the end of your turn. If your Leader is Mihawk, untap 1 of your DONs.
Searchers
The 2 main searchers for the deck as both of these cards search for different engine of the build. OP07 Otama can search for Wano cards, but I am not running a lot of Wano stuff in the build, so the effect can hit and miss. The effect works on play, look at top 5 cards of your deck, reveal 1 green Wano card except Otama, and add it to your hand. Then, place the rest at the bottom of your deck in any order.
OP12 Perona can search for Slash Characters, and just like Otama, I am not running a lot of Slash Characters, but luckily, Perona can also search for green Events, so your chances of searching a card is pretty high. The effect works, on play, if your Leader have the Slash attribute, look at top 5 cards of your deck, reveal up to 1 Slash attribute Character or 1 green Event and add it to your hand. Then, place the rest at the bottom of your deck in any order.
The Supports
For the rest of the supports, there is a slight change to the deck. I have added Decken because of OP17 Shanks who can rest your opponent's Characters and untap 2 DONs, giving you enough DONs to play Decken to KO your opponent's Characters. I am running Kawamatsu anyway because of the Slash and Wano type for our searchers, but Kawamatsu won't be doing much, so you might as well use the card for discard fodder for Decken's effect. The effect works on play, you may trash 1 Fishman card or The Ark from your hand to KO 1 of your opponent's rested Characters. As you can see, we can KO any rested Characters we want which is deadly with OP17 Shanks who can rest any Characters.
OP13 Law is a staple because this is a Slash Character, and we could bring back our low cost Characters back to hand to play a higher cost Character. Law has 2 effects, the first effect is if you have 1 or less Life cards, this Character gains Blocker. The second effect works on play, you may return 1 of your Characters to the owner's hand to play one 5 cost or less Characters from your hand rested. If you play Yasopp, Yasopp will be able to untap himself at the end of your turn, so you wouldn't need to worry about your opponents swinging into your Characters.
Billionfold works best during mid to late games where we have plenty of cards on the field. The counter effect is your Leader or 1 of your Characters gains 2k power for the battle. Then, if you have 8 or more rested cards, that card gains another 2k power, making the grand total of 4k for 1 cost. 8 or more rested cards won't be difficult, but you don't want to use this card during the early turns. The trigger effect is KO 1 of your opponent's 3 or less rested Characters.
