The ban list was surprising. Only one colour got hit and the other colours are fine. OP06 Pudding is banned because it stops decks from gaining large hand size. I think this hits most of my blue decks, but not like it matters since I am mainly running 1 or 2 copies in the build, I can easily replace them with other cards.
OP07 Jinbe is back which make sense since OP01 Doffy Leader will be out of rotation, so we won't see the 4 drop spam deck. Well, I guess I could run this in the new Jinbe build by swapping out Fishman stuff with 7 Warlords to make the deck more aggressive.

Aside from Jinbe who is still in the rotation, the others are obvious choices why they are unbanned, because they are in Block 1. I think these cards will only matter if OPCG decided to make a modern format like MTG. But for now, OPCG focuses on the rotation formats for the tournament, so old cards are pretty much useless when April hits, unless you want to play specific type of Events where these cards could be put to use.
Although, surprisingly, they did not bring back Nami Leader, so even for casual plays, she is still banned. I guess it's because the game has too much draw power now to bring back Nami, and Nami would be too OP even for casual.
