Yamato got the ST28 supports, and it is thanks to those cards, this deck is still playable even with the rotation kicks in. Only 2 new cards from EB03 set, and they could help the build. Although, there are other EB03 choices that you can add to the build, but our main focus are still the Wano cards.

How it Works?
EB03 Yamato wasn't the only option available for this build as we also got EB03 Nami who can work well in this build, so we are spoilt for choices. The main option for me is definitely making full use of the Yamato Leader, and getting the Double Attack to hit so we could wipe your opponent's Lifes in one go. Of course, it would be better if you can play cards like Izo to add Banish with Double Attack, so that will send the Life cards to the trash instead of your opponent's hand.
Both the EB03 Yamato and EB03 Nami can attach rested DONs to your Leader which is what we mainly want than using active DONs to power up the Leader. So this will help us force more counters from your opponent's hand. The double attack is very effective if your opponent is down to 2 Life cards, as with 1 hit, that double attack can make your opponent goes to 0.
Life Gain
Life gain is important as we don't want to focus the deck on Double Attack only. Sometimes, Double Attack might put us as a disadvantage, so we need to use these Life gain cards. OP06 Kiku is very situation, but if you can get Double Attack to hit, or get your opponent down to 3 Life cards, then, we wouldn't need to worry about the effect. The effect works on KO, if your opponent has 3 or less Life, add 1 card from top of your deck to top of your Life area. The trigger effect is if your opponent has 3 or less Life, play this card.
OP12 Kuma would be very hard to take out in this build even though this cost 6 to play, which is very high for this kind of build. Kuma has 2 effects, the first effect works on play, you may trash 1 card from your hand, add the top card of your deck to top of your Life area. Then, this Character gains +2 cost until the end of your opponent's turn. The +2 cost doesn't really matter for this build as we mainly want the Life gain ability. The second effect works during your opponent's turn and on KO, add the top card of your deck to top of your Life area. Having both Kuma and Kiku on the field will be very handy especially if we can meet both of the requirements for the effect.
Removals
2 of these cards only works the best if Double Attack did not hit, so your opponents can maintain high Life cards. ST28 Doji is 1 of these cards as the effect works on play, if your Leader is Wano and your opponent has 3 or more Life cards, KO 1 of your opponent's 5 cost base Characters.
OP10 Hawkins have a nice main effect and trigger effect. The main effect only works on KO, trash the top card of your opponent's Life area. This can put early pressure as your opponent may not want to get rid of this card, unless they want to make our card's effects active. The trigger effect is draw 2 cards and trash 1 card from hand. As there are a few non counters, this could be useful to discard those cards for more defence if needed.
EB03 Yamato is a 5 drop which can work well with EB01 Hiyori, but I am not running Hiyori in the deck since there are lack of 5 costs Wano in the build. Yamato has 2 effects, the first effect works on play, attach 3 rested DONs to your Wano Leader. This makes the Leader into an 8k beat stick with Double Attack. The second effect works exactly the same as Hawkins, trash the top card of your opponent's Life area. Having both of these cards on the field during the early turns may not want your opponent to attack reckless into these Characters.
EB03 Nami is actually quite useful in this build. Nami has 2 effects, the first effect works on play, attach 1 rested DON to your Leader. Then, if your opponent has 3 or more Life cards, add the top card of your opponent's Life area to their hand. Unfortunately, this doesn't trash the Life cards like Yamato and Hawkins, but we can still reduce the Life cards. Although, if you can't reduce the Life cards, the attaching DONs is still useful if we need to power up the Leader. The second effect works on KO, you may turn the top card from your Life area face up to play one 6k power or less Character from your hand. This is another useful effect as we can refill the board to maintain a board presence.
Free Play
Nothing than I like more is playing stuff for free, so we can easily fill up the board. ST12 Mihawk has a 2k counter, so even if we can't use the effect, the 2k counter is still handy. The effect works on play, if you have 2 or less Characters, play one 4 cost or less Muggy Kingdom or Slash Character except Mihawk rested. There are plenty of 4 or less Slash Characters because of Wano, so we do have some choices to choose from.
OP13 Law is the reason why I didn't play EB01 Hiyori as Law is much better when it comes to playing cards for free, whilst Hiyori needs to be very specific. Law has 2 effects, the first effect is if you have 1 or less Life cards, this card gains Blocker, which will be very useful in stopping your opponent's attacks. The second effect works on play, you may return 1 of your Characters to the owner's hand to play one 5 cost or less from your hand at rest. The downside is that we will be playing cards rested, but on the bright side, we can return cards like Mihawk or Doji, for better beat stick Characters like Yamato and Nami who both have on KO effects.
Rest
Not much for rest effects, but having these can be useful since we don't really have anyway to get rid of your opponent's Characters aside from using Doji's effect. Hody has Rush which can be useful for this build as we want to be as aggressive as possible with the attacks. The effect works on play, rest up to a total of 2 of your opponent's Characters or DONs. Then, add the top card from your Life area to your hand.
Dead Man's Game is a nice Event we can use as both of the effects could be useful for this build. The main effect is you may rest 3 DONs to rest up to total of 2 of your opponent's Characters or DONs which is a cheaper version of Hody, but we don't get a beat stick on the field. The counter effect is our Leader gains 3k power for the turn.
Leader Supports
There's not much for Leader supports as I've taken most of them out either due to rotation or to fit other cards in the build. ST28 Izo can easily be searched out from the deck, so we don't need to worry about not getting Banish. Izo has 2 effects, the first effect would require you to attach 2 DONs to work which is this Character gains Blocker. We can attach rested DONs using Yamato's Leader effect. The second effect works on play, your Wano Leader gains Banish for the turn, and this effect we want to use as soon as possible so your opponents won't be able to get cards in hand.
ST28 Momo is a card that can power up the Leader, and combined with our other cards like EB03 Yamato and Nami, we can make our Leader hit a lot of power. Momo has 2 effects, the first effect works during your turn, if you have 2 or less Life cards, your Leader gains 1k power. But what I also want is the second effect of Momo. The second effect is an activate main effect, you may return a total of 2 currently attached DONs on your field to your DON area rested. This Character gains Rush and 1k power for the turn. Another Rush Character will allow us to attack as soon as possible.
Wano Supports
The Wano supports is still the same as last time as I haven't really taken out Cat Viper because he is a Slash Character that can work well with Mihawk. Anyway, ST28 Yamato is our standard searcher for this build. Yamato has 2 effects. The first effect will require you to attach 2 DONs for this effect to work. During your turn, this Character gains 3k power, making Yamato a 5k beat stick altogether. 5k beat stick is enough to take out some of your opponent's Characters or Leader if needed. The second effect works on play, look at the top 5 cards of your deck, reveal one 2 cost or more Wano card and add it to your hand. Then, place the rest at the bottom of your deck in any order.
ST28 Kin'emon is mainly for the 2k counter as the 2k counter is always useful in the build, although we do have a trigger effect which is if your Leader is Wano and your opponent has 3 or less Life cards, play this card. We do need to deal damage to your opponent's Leader to reduce them to down to 3 to trigger the cards effects in this build.
OP06 Cat Viper is mainly for taking out Characters since there are lack of removals in the build. You will need to attach 2 DONs for the main effect to work which is this Character can attack also attack active Characters, especially Blockers who can stop your Leader's Double Attack ability. The trigger effect is the exact same as Kiku where if your opponent has 3 or less Life cards, play this card.
